Hi Keith, I thought incorrectly that you had AS 2004. Yes, wxRE does have some limitations with FS04. No, sorry there is no demo version. It is something that we are working on for the future. Please do try with Render to Texture Off!!

Hi, I don't ever recall a post at AVSIM or an e-mail from you so why would you box AS? Our support system is in place to try to help you, but not if you don't use it! Please un-check Render to Texture in FS and see if the flashing goes away. Let me know if this does it. You might even try AS again.

Yes AS does bother to check for FS status and has the option to ignore FS ready status or not.

No, sorry, due to the fact that it is an internal FS dll and not an external FS exe program.

Hi Tony, If you do noting in FSUIPC then winds will change at 5 deg/sec. If that is not to your liking then you can adjust the values in FSUIPC. This option is new for us so we are learning also!

If you are going to use AS MR2 or later you will have to use FSUIPC 3.3 or later.

This is true because we also give the user the option to set thier own visibility range or use the visibility that is processed from the METAR. We can't have FSUIPC doing one thing and AS doing something else in the same option.

Damian and others determined that when the winds change in a certain direction FS does not make a smooth transition, causing overspeed crashes et. all. In the other direction, FS does make a smooth transition. I'm all over the place because people post stuff all over! And the Weather Center forum is here for me to check on!!
