Hi Mike, We are working on your issue now. We can see some problems but we can also see sometimes it (should be) working. Can you please tell us all the details about your computer? RAM, CPU, etc... Do you have anything running that could slow it down, and what video quality settings do you have within T!3DP? Antivirus, etc... This is what we suspect now. Vic

We just checked your log and there is nothing in that would indicate a problem. Did you have any other window open? A chat window, a skype, etc? Looks like you didn't send voice command to the software. It wasn't the software who didn't understand; it didn't receive voice input. Please make sure the 3D window is always active when you issue any voice command. Thank you Vic

You can launch the bat file as non admin, would it work?

KJFK has no displaced thresholds. Vic
