It should be working out of the box without the payware FSUIPC.

We tried the game on multiple monitors running more than 3000 px wide and also on a single ultrawide monitor as well. Sorry if I misunderstand you but in windowed mode there should be no limitation in resolution.

If you run it in windowed mode you can freely resize the windows
