We are aware of the command "follow company" sometimes causes this issue. Please make sure to issue a hold command for these airplanes on time. In the next version of Tower we will do our best to get rid of this issue. Thank you

Please make sure speech recognition works without our product. We tested and keep using Tracon on Windows 8 and 8.1 without a problem.
