Aopapilot03
Hello, I just got the game through steam with the latest service pack and I have Real Traffic. And it seems that local GA traffic does not exist for any airports. I have skimmed the forums saying that you need real traffic, which I have. And that there was a bug with the coding for local GA traffic that was supposed to be fixed in SP2. I have opened the gaandlocaltraffic files and verified that there is traffic written in there. Which there are but none of them show up during the times they are scheduled. In fact none show up at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. FeelThere Ariel
Hi, Where did you install the Real Traffic addon? Could you show us the install route? Thanks. Ariel
Aopapilot03
Yes I have Real Traffic addon. I also have Tower 3d Pro the steam version. Here is the install path. A:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro
HappyNUyear
The install in steam should have a popup box the provides choices of Tower versions. They are the suppose to install in the proper file(s) automatically
Aopapilot03
Ya it did and I selected the pro steam version as well as corrected the install path. I believe it worked because now I get real world call signs like Southwest, Delta, FedEx etc. I just don't get any small planes, no general aviation. And I've never seen local traffic. This is on all airports. So why would I have the new call signs but not the GA or local traffic.

I would recommend playing a session using an airport with GA traffic at a time where you would expect to see GA departures/arrivals. After the session post your log file on the forum - in your case the file path and name should be A:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro\tower3d_Data\output_log.txt. The log file should tell us what is going on with your GA traffic.
Aopapilot03
Ok will do. I'm thinking TIST around noon?
Aopapilot03
I stand corrected. I did not know there was no GA traffic for KLAX and KPHL. I played TIST long enough that I finally saw some GA traffic.
