A decision was made to use US Airways name (better marketing uses). For some time aircraft were flying with US Airways colors with the 'cactus' callsign.

This isn't an fault. This is reality in the early 2010s as at the time Piedmont flew aircraft under the US Airways logo. The callsign is correct.

Yep, you had a sneak setting on your computer. This hardware was 'stealing' the slider command. Good it was solved.

What changed on your system since last time played? OS update? Install new program? Changed a system setting? Changed a setting on a peripheral? Etc.

I'm not in a location where I can check myself. If it is hard coded to the gauge I suggest you see if EZDOC can be modified.

check the EMB configuration utility. most of the keyboard commands can be set there.

Where did you get these numbers?

What pitch trim are you setting during flight prep? Confirm that you are loading passengers and cargo using the EMB configuration utility.

And how did the plane take off with the intro flights?

Have you done the intro flights in the manual?

And which version of the plane?

Have you done the demo flight as outlined in the V2 manual?

aircraft weight? V1,V2 VR speeds? Thrust control set correctly for weight, temp and altitude? Trim correct? Flaps correct? Did you do the introduction flights as outlined in the manual?
