  1. Check your spam filter You can also contact BMTmicro - call 800-414-4268 (USA/Canada) / +1 910-792-9100 (international customers).
  2. no to any entry into the FMC weight tables changing the actual aircraft loads. no door or ground equipment comes with the planes. you need to use an addon or the P3D defaults.
  3. try with clear default weather with no pressure changes. this is to test to see if there is a problem dealing with changes in pressure, or your system is sending large changes in pressure to the sim.
  4. aircraft weight? altitude? clear and calm conditions or custom/real weather with changing pressure?
  5. will need to see if others report the issue.
  6. Ejet uses the default, stock, what comes with P3D for game-provided aircraft.
  7. All four planes?
  8. looks like a few of those waypoints are not attached to any airway so using the airway.waypoint shortcut will not work. if you believe the waypoint is suppose to the attached to a airway contact Navigraph (assuming this is your AIRAC source) so they can check if their database is correctly tagged.
  9. share the full flightplan.
  10. the waypoint entered in the flightplan prior U867 is part of U867?
  11. and the AIRAC you are using is?
  12. airway.waypoint in the format accepted. the waypoint must be on (part of) the airway.

  14. Do you have Real Traffic?
  15. are you starting the game as administrator? is the videocard driver up-to-date?
  16. without sharing the output_log.txt file any support is close to impossible.
  17. what 'base game'? from whom did you purchase/download the game? the basics for this problem are - uninstall the program. redownload the game installer. install the game with anti-virus OFF and AS ADMINISTRATOR.

  19. i've spent some time looking at YouTube videos of the 145 simulation. None show the speedbrakes, many show on the 135 and XRJ, while at the same time none comment that the 145's are working or not. me - i'm not at a place where i can look myself - and i don't remember any complaints. the ERJ v2 package is 10 years old, this month, so there has been some time for it to be listed as a problem. if, and again i'm not in a place where i can confirm by loading the plane into FS and taking a look, the spoilers are not simulated there isn't likely to be an update (the last was done 9 years ago). a new version is in the works for P3D.
  20. Is this during play or replay?
  21. I don't remember this ever being reported. What FS version?
  22. after purchase two emails will be received: one with a product activation key and the second with the download link. if there is a problem one of the pieces of information needed to collect a new download link or retrieve the activation key is the email account used to purchase. also needed will be name and the purchasing credit card. now you can download the product installer, say onto a thumb-drive, and also create a txt file with the activation key that is also saved onto the thumb-drive, and give this to the person (gives you something to wrap up!). the download link can be shared later as that will be needed to collect any updates. one thing - if the download link experiences multiple downloads from different IP addresses over a short time it will be flagged as being used to improperly share the download. the link will be closed. the link is reactivated by contacting feelThere's online purchase provider, BMTmicro, with the original purchase email and credit card information. does the above answer your question?
  23. did you purchase RT & RC from feelthere (ie, feelthere.com)?
  24. Running the game as admin? No other things running while playing? All drivers up to date?
