Did you run the installer in admin mode? Have you set a default aircraft to cold and dark and without closing the game changed the plane to an Ejet? There have been multiple issues with the recent versions of P3D. As a v4.1 goes to v4.2, for example, developers are being caught with incompatibility issues.

E-jets v1 isn't a feelThere product. Support is provided by Wilco Publishing. I did look at their www and the sales literature states v1 is semi-compatible with only P3Dv1 - https://www.wilcopub.com/e-jets-series-5776.html (see technical tab)

Prior version airports will not work.

This means the gauges will not run. This is a fault on your FS install not correctly removing the gauge references when the plane was uninstalled.

Did the game ask you to approve the ERJ's gauge files?

To load a flight not created using g the FMC you need to load a flight into the FS flightplanner (aka, GPS). This inports only waypoints. Or you can create a flightplan using the FMC and save it. This will save the departure and arrival (SID & STAR) information including altitudes. The above are detailed in the Ejet manual. Other 'flightplan creators' may not work as they may not export the correct file type. Load a default aircraft. Set this plane, say the basic Cessna, so trim is centered on the ground and the 'cold and dark'. This process is outlined in the ERJ manual.

If the autopilot is having to overtrim to fly it means your hardware is sending a out of trim command to the plane. Make sure BEFORE engaging the autopilot that the plane is correctly trimmed for the stage of flight = the yoke is centered and the plane is following the correct angle of attack. The need to do this is described in the manual.

Check to confirm the yoke is centered through calibration. The yoke not being centered will cause the behavior you are reporting.

Assuming other default planes' lights working. Again, the ERJ uses default sim lights.
