Here is the likely reason that was discussed in the Facebook group -
"It's [the Ejetv3] using real-world calculated coefficients of motion and damping levels, so you need to drop your weather turbulence and wind scalars to about 15%. That's how it should have been in the first place, but the sim has always been heavily over-damped and that leads to the most common criticism of the MSFS franchise, that the aircraft 'run on rails'. Just to give you an idea of the scale of the problem, the Boeing 747 in the sim has a Cm_q (pitch damping) of just under -152. The correct, calculated figure is between -20 and -25, (low cruise, high cruise). Drop the scalars as above and you won't be thrown around, hand-flying it should be much more enjoyable."
