  1. review this - use the EMB payload manger to change loads, not weight/COG adjustments through P3D's default menu.
  2. use P3D's default fuel loading window.
  3. Set throttles full forward. See details manual page 61. No. You are the first to report such a problem so I suggest you look at a local setting that may be causing excessive yoke response.
  4. Did you purchase RealTraffic?
  5. I am at a loss. Either you have the incorrect installer, your game/FS install is corrupt and the livery installer cannot find the airplane folders, and/or your computer's OS security settings are blocking the install. At this point contact BMTmicro with purchase details and discuss the problem as they may have access to the correct/different installer - 800-414-4268 (USA/ Canada) / +1 910- 792-9100 (international customers
  6. The installer places a series of folders and files representing the mcphat liveries. You previously purchased the feelThere ERJv2 and installed? So the plane loads and flies normally?
  7. If the installer isn't putting files there after you direct it to the above locatio ln try turning off all your antivirus software first. Then run the installer as administrator.
  8. What is the install path for the ERJv2 planes?
  9. See my answer above.
  10. And when you load the plane in FSX you only see the default house livery? No option when creating a flight to load one of the new paints?
  11. And you right-mouse-button-click the installer and choose run as administrator? Win10 launches the installer and again asks if you want to allow the program (installer) to make changes to the computer? You choose 'yes'?
  12. So have you been able to install the liveries?
  13. Are you running the configuration utility as admin?
  14. Meaning? You see no installer on the desktop? The installer doesn't run? Other?
  15. So the download isn't showing in the wwwbrowser's 'downloads' folder?
  16. You need to find a trigger as this has never been reported throughout the games history. Are you clicking buttons? Are you turning knobs? Are you scrolling views in the MCDU? Are you adjusting/changing MFD screens?
  17. So the issue is you can't find the installer? Your wwwbrowser isn't asking you to define the location to save the installer?
  18. How do you reproduce this? Just random?
  19. And if you direct the installer to the desktop no folders/files appear ... not even the uninstaller?
  20. Confirm the install path and confirm that the installer is directed to the FSX root folder.
  21. What is your FSX install path?
  22. So your challenge is solved?
  23. ERJ manual on page 51, 58 & 64 The ERJs were released 10+ years ago and no future SPs are planned for the models made for FS9/X.
  24. for installing into FS9 run the above installer as administrator. the instructions are the same ... the manual is the same ... for FS9/X/S. the only difference is the Steam edition stays 'steam'. the utility is a program you run before starting FS. the utility is located in the following directory within a default Win10 FS9 install - C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\FeelThere\Phenom\PhenomSetup.exe
