  1. The latest release version is 1.7. Contact Orbx about their download being out of date.
  2. Folks are reporting that they can use Tower fine under W11. You will need to retrain voice recognition. Be sure to install as administrator.

  4. Two things - From what you are saying no instructions from Orbx. The _default_ airport needs to be removed as it is still 'existing' and interfering with the feelThere rendition.

  6. And there were no instructions provided Orbx? Have you looked in the installer folder for a txt file?
  7. As stated before the instructions are in the download UNLESS you purchased through the MSFS marketplace. Where did you purchase the scenery?
  8. Have you run the installers as administrator? Are you confirming that the installers are directed to the root Tower3D folder?

  10. What are your computer specs? CPU? GPU? Are you running just Tower or have there other programs running? Are you running the game as administrator? You need to share Tower's game log. Search forum on where to find this file and ATTACH to a post DO NOT CUT&PASTE INTO A POST (a cut&paste will be deleted). Please also describe how a crash can be duplicated. What airport? A specific command to a specific plane?
  11. Did you run the installer as administrator? Are you running the game as administrator? Does the laptop use an integrated videocard (ie part of the CPU). If it has a videocard what is the card? Are the drivers up-to-date?
  12. Suggestion: Save the installer and unlock key onto a flash drive or backup HHD/SSD. This means next time you can reinstall the game without worrying about gaining a download. Do the same for your RT and RC installers.

If you were calling a different number then you have either the distributor feelThere no longer uses or didn't buy from feelThere. If you are absolutely sure the purchase was from feelThere and BMTmicro was the distribution network for the download (it is unlikely they would have made it difficult to immediately get a new download link) contact feelThere using the web form at feelthere.zendesk.com

  19. You need to contact PCA. No. A vendor may have renamed the file. You need to contact PCA.
  20. Have you tried copying the activation code, [CTRL] [C], then opened the installer and the code should automatically populate the fields. Have you confirmed you are using the activation code and not the order confirmation number? Check your email spam folder.   23. The Tower3.0 is under development so no updated will be done to the current version of the game.

  25. Usually because the same is being pinged multiple times from multiple IPs - aka hackers repeatedly trying to download the software.
