  3. Have you called BMTmicro? Have you confirmed you are using the activation code and not the order confirmation number? Check your email spam folder. Have you tried copying the activation code, [CTRL] [C], then opened the installer and the code should automatically populate the fields?

  5. If you are using Real Traffic did you download and install the latest version?

  9. EVERY system is different. Adjust, test, adjust,test, repeat.
  10. Turn down the gauge refresh rates using the configuration utility. Each system is different so play around to find what works for yours. Run the utility as administrator.
  11. For the new version of Tower (aka 3rd version of the game) yes Win11 is being considered - meaning the game will work. For Tower3D (aka the 2nd version of the game) no ... as the game is the prior version and will not be updated. When MS does the full release it is hoped Tower3D does work. Everything about Win11 is unknown as it is in BETA.
  12. This leads me to believe that files cannot be changed as Windows has locked folder contents from modification and therefore changes made in the configuration utility don't remain.
  13. The game isn't Win11 complaint ... in addition the OS is Beta.
  14. Something on your system is blocking the configuration utility from changing the gauges. Try disabling any antivirus. Make sure the feelThere folders with the game are bit locked/protected.
  15. Run the configuration utility as administrator or the changes will not take ... the joy of Window's UAC!!
  16. To get the installer use the emailed download link you received when you originally purchased the product. Use the unlock key you received in the purchase confirmation email to install the game.
  17. The manual provided for the simulation? Have you watched the YouTube videos that are for the simulation?
  18. I suggest you watch some of the YouTube videos that show programming the FMGC and conducting a flight. In addition try duplicating the introduction flight as outlined in the manual.
  19. I'm assuming that the AIRAC updates were working before with expected behaviors. As this latest updates is causing problems there is something in NaviGraph's files that is causing the problem. Have you communicated with NaviGraph that here update is causing issues?
