looks exactly like something is blocking the installer for executing. check any other antivirus programs you may have running. also reminds me of the issue that Microsoft 'broke' with a windows update having a disk in the computer for the installer to work. have you downloaded a new installer ... maybe you got a bad bit?

Marco: you can add all the planes you want (to the point the sim ignores them as there are no gates available) by editing the schedule. search this forum on how this is done. some have also shared their schedules.

You need to contact Wilco Publishing for support as feelThere had nothing to do with the 'EVO' products.

do you have any addon light modifictions (ie, lights that replace FS's default)? the plane uses the default FS settings so any addon that changes those 'triggers' will not work. if not uninstall and reinstall.

You need to contact Wilco using there contact form accessible via their www-site for all support. The only location to forum discuss Wilco's planes is a subforum on AVSIM.

FS version? OS version? Which lights? Nose? Strobes? Clearance? All?

maybe your antivirus is scanning everything the game is doing when it loads? false positive readings from antivirus are a classic cause of slowdowns.

How do I download an update? use the original download link you received when first purchasing. if the link no longer works, and if you did purchase from feelThere, you need to contact BMTmicro with purchase information (date, creditcard, email address) - call 800-414-4268 (USA/Canada) / +1 910-792-9100 (international customers). once you collect your installer burn it to a disk and write the key-code on the disk (top, not the 'read side').

because of your second comment about the liveries my guess is your are not running the installer as 'admin'. windows isn't letting you adjust the FS files to reflect the install of the plane, the gauge references nor the livery references.

by 'no graphics' do you mean this - (scroll down to 'Q. my panel looks like this' )
