All you do is re-download the installer from the link you received when you first purchased the game. The new installer has the service pack installed. Uninstall the game. Run the new installer.

Depends on airport. Each is different. Use the airport charts to visualize SID/STAR based on runway, departure direction and destination (to name a few).

correct. system must be set to 'english US'.

did you set to 'US english' (it may be 'english US')? after setting system OS to US english did you train voice recognition?

classic windows thing ... make sure that you are installing as admin and no 'UAC' protections are causing you problems, such as you don't have permissions to overwrite files.
