Depends on airport. Each is different. Use the airport charts to visualize SID/STAR based on runway, departure direction and destination (to name a few).

did you set to 'US english' (it may be 'english US')? after setting system OS to US english did you train voice recognition?

classic windows thing ... make sure that you are installing as admin and no 'UAC' protections are causing you problems, such as you don't have permissions to overwrite files.

this shows you have a conflict between FS's setting, the ERJ's configuration utility and possibly one (or more) other configuration settings. -

you must check the settings of ALL controllers, FSUIPC, FSX and the OS to assure none are in conflict. if there is a conflict the game doesn't know 'what you want to do'. -
