I had "Mike" installed from Naturalsoft (apparently not a SAPI voice) and that was giving the problem. Using Microsoft "Anna" works fine. As far as I can tell, no male voices were released for Windows 7. Maybe someone out there knows more. BTW, "Mike" works great with Tower! 2011.

Yes, you could take any schedule and do a search/replace. For example, PHX with CLT. However, there may be airlines at PHX that do not have terminal assignments at CLT and thus will never show. You could also edit the terminal file if you want to.

I keep thinking about it but my time is short this summer. Leader of my golf organization, son getting married, visiting nine grandkids, family vacation in MI, etc. I don't see any real break until October but who knows? Arrivals are dictated by the number of open gates at the airline's designated terminal(s). Try setting your departure slider higher than you arrival slider to try to ensure more open gates. Arrivals will not arrive if there is no open gate.

I saw a link to the tutorial the first time I ran the sim, but since then I see no link. How do you access the tutorial?

Not sure which sim you are discussing. If you can open the airfield file, check for the time offset. In a couple of Tower 2011 airports, this was initially set incorrectly...do not remember which ones. It should be -8 for KLAX.

If you were using the Real Traffic schedule last time you ran the sim, then it should not be overwritten. If you were using a SC schedule, then I would expect it to be overridden by the Real Traffic schedule. But, maybe the creators of KLGA have changed things. I guess I really do not know. I have not gotten KLGA yet.

If the schedule look ok, you are ok. Of course, you can simply run SC 19 again using "run as administrator." I never use the same schedule twice in a row...but that's just me. You can set "run as administrator" permanently for an application. Right-click on the SC 19 icon, go down the list to "properties" and click. Then, click the "compatibility" tab, then check the box labeled "Run this program as an administrator," then click "apply" and "OK". Each time you run SC 19, it will run as administrator. If and when SC 20 is released, you will have to do this again.

I select all flights at a particular airport for 24 hours on a particular day. Some of the data is old now and I have not had a chance to update all the airports. Which airports contained the Iberia and Nostrum flights? Both of those airlines are in the "Real Traffic" airlines database so if they were flying into an airport on the day I extracted the data, they should appear in the schedule.

I am pleased to verify that PHX works with schedules produced by Schedule Creator 19.

Send me a copy of the schedule file so I can check iit. Are you running Tower as administrator?

Thanks, DomYul! I am slowly making my way toward PHX and IAD but golf season has started. I am not wishing for rainy days but that is what it will probably take to make real progress...PHX is close. I am glad you are enjoying it.

I think one of the problems is getting a high-resolution overhead of the airport at a reasonable cost. Used for creating the airport map, etc.

Has KIAD been released for Tower? I must have missed it. In any event, I need a rainy day now that golf season has started!

I am working on it but am having trouble getting PHX to operate correctly on my system...all other airports are good. I am also short of time right now.

I have downloaded two fresh versions of PHX and made clean installations each time. But, I still get very few or even no arrivals at PHX over a one hour time period using the Real Traffic schedule starting at 1600. Is anyone else seeing this same result? I also edited out the PHX departures so that all the gates are empty, but still no arrivals. Departures seem to be normal. Thanks.

That is a limitation. However, you can edit the 747 file to shorten the takeoff distance. Look in the Tower folder for "Airplanes." Inside that folder is an app call "planeEd.exe." You can run that and open the four 747 type files and shorten the takeoff distance. I think the default is about 9000 feet so try making it 8000 and see what happens. Since they are in the RDU and BOS schedules, that means they actually fly there in real-life.

Glad you are enjoying it. Please read all the documentation and other files carefully. You should always run all programs as administrator as it solves a lot of problems.
