  1. You can use FlightAware (flightaware.com). Look under "Live Flight Tracking" and "Browse by Airport." Enter KJFK into the "Airport Code" box and click "Get Airport Information." Then, look under "Overview." Lots of data there, currently showing 1100 commercial operations per day. Not exactly clear what is meant by an "operation" but must include landings and takeoffs.
  2. If you are using Schedule Creator 24 V1 to make your schedules, you can choose how many flights to create, the maximum being 2880. There is an instruction "Enter the number of flights to be created (even numbers, maximum 2880:". While there are only 538 unique flights at JFK in the program, you can create more. The program just assigns different flight numbers if you choose more than 538.
  3. I do not think the "stop loading" at 70% has anything to do with the schedule. The format for the schedules is correct (I actually did part of the schedules for Tower3D). The difference is that Schedule Creator uses the actual flight times (next to last entry on each line) but those are not necessary because the sim does not actually use that number. But, there has to be a number there so Real Traffic uses "1". I use Schedule Creator schedules for LAX without any problems. Make sure the name of the schedule is correct...for JFK it should be kjfk_schedule.txt, and it must be in the KJFK folder under Extensions. If this name or location is not correct, Tower3D will stop loading at 70%. Schedule Creator will create 2880 flights. I have attached a 1000-flight schedule for JFK that I created today. kjfk_schedule.txt
  4. You must run Schedule Creator using "run as administrator." Please make sure you are using that option.
  5. Yes. Create a schedule for one of the Tower3D airports and then place it in the Tower3D/Extensions/Airfields/airport_name folder and rename it airport_name_schedule.txt. For example, for LAX this would be Tower3D/Extensions/Airfields/KLAX/klax_schedule.txt.
  6. I have never noticed any dependence on the codeshare. Aircraft go to the terminal based on the ICAO identification.
  7. Compass Airlines (CP, CPZ, Compass) is included in Schedule Creator for Tower! 2011. I have mine stationed in Terminal 4 at LAX. It is included in Tower3D.
  8. Looks like Envoy has abandoned New York, Miami, and if you read the article, they closed LAX sometime ago. I was wondering why I was not seeing any ENY flights in Schedule Creator. http://www.dallasnews.com/business/airlines/2015/03/17/envoy-air-to-close-its-new-york-and-miami-bases
  9. Not sure which sim you are referring to, Tower 2011 or Tower 3D. In any event, American Eagle no longer exists--it is now called Envoy Air with the IATA code of MQ and ICAO code of ENY. The callsign is "Envoy." The last terminal map I saw had them in Terminal 6.
  10. Schedule Creator does not contain any cargo flights (except NAC, FDX, and UPS), no charter flights, and no GA flights. It is restricted to the data found in Real Traffic for airports and airplanes. Any duplicate flight numbers are also eliminated. And, the data I collect is for a single 24-hour period on whatever day I decided to do it. The Real Traffic schedule contains about 1200 flights, but many of the airlines and destinations are no longer valid. So, maybe I picked a slow day due to weather, etc.
  11. Thanks. I have developed a way of copying the Flightaware data and then using a variety of databases in a C++ program to convert things into a format Schedule Creator can use to generate the schedules. Schedule Creator does not use the real times but does use the real flight numbers and aircraft (insofar as Real Traffic contains the aircraft).
  12. The right turn seems to be built into the game. I have tried all kinds of taxiway assignments, etc., to get them to turn left but to no avail!
  13. Schedule Creator has nothing to do with terminal assignments.
  14. You are correct, and this is due to a computer logic error on my part in constructing the schedules. Attached is a new LAX schedule for you to test. Let me know how this works. I am working with the developers to make corrections. Of course, the name of the file needs to be changed to klax_schedule.txt. LAX.5441.schedule.txt
  15. Thanks. Last one out of the nest so to speak. But, he is a doctor and should start send me checks soon!
  16. I had some unexpected extra time and added Toronto (CYYZ) to Schedule Creator as "Schedule Creator 24 V1." You should add the following airline to the "airlines.txt" file in the "databases" folder: WEN,WR,ENCORE,WESTJET ENCORE,CANADA
  17. Perhaps at the end of the summer after my son's wedding and the end of golf season. Kind of busy right now. Thanks for asking.
  18. To tell the truth, my interest in Tracon is pretty low. I don't even know what sectors are now available. Maybe you could send me a list, including the satellite airports involved, and I will see if I have any extra time in the next couple of months.
  19. If you are using SC 23 then you do not have to worry about SWD, or any other airline that is not in SC. The sim just ignores them when loading the schedule.
  20. You can eliminate SWD from the airline file. Go to Tower 2011 databases folder, find the "airline.txt" file, search for SWD, and then either delete that line, or place "//" (no quotes) in front of it so it will be skipped when the sim starts. Are you using SC 23 to build your schedules? It is a puzzle to me why you are getting those flights since SWD is not part of SC 23.
  21. I have corrected the problems cited by Timo in SC 23 V1. SC 23 V2 is now available. Let me know if you find more issues.
  22. Could you send me the terminal assignment file for LHR by personal message?
  23. As I said in my notes, LHR is a beta until I get the airports worked out. There are 104 airports in LHR that are not in Real Traffic. I am trying to get to it and double-check everything. Thanks. Are you "running as administrator?" Sometimes that causes problems.
