    Error in XML File

    Hallo zusammen

    Im Routen-Segment vom Flugplan im XML-Format gibt es ein TAG, das nicht geschlossen ist:

    waypointairway wird nicht geschlossen und dann funktioniert des gesamte XSL nicht. Gilt nur für die neuen Pläne im FSC 9.0.

    Multiple hops

    HI Sasha

    I have recently acquired FSC and am loving the programme. It is proving to be an extremely good buy. Is there anyway that one can plan multiple hops which include a number of airports to be stopped at along the route? I have searched high and low of a way of doing this but other than entering the airport as a virtual waypoint, have had no sucess.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi Chrunchie,

    as in real life, a flight plan can only be created between departure and destination. Instead, you can use user waypoints or virtual waypoints in a flight plan.

    New to FSC Questions

    Hello,

    I have installed FS9 and am reading through the manual. On Page 25 (3.4 Tools) I find I am able to select a parking place and taxiway. As the manual states, "Choose Windows-> Select Parking & Taxiways". When I try this, I find the option "Select Parking & Taxiways" is not able to be selected. What are the requirements for this option to work? I must be doing something incorrectly.

    Secondly, when creating a flightplan, I select my altitude (350, for example) and save the plan. After saving, the FL reverts to 330. Is this normal and has my flightplan been saved with the correct flight level.

    Hi Michael,

    the Option Select Parking is only available if you have filed a flight plan.

    The selected altitude has an effect only on a FSX flight plan.

    Sorry for my english, i have a big problem here with FlightSim commander 9.0, and i got it with FlightSim commander 8.5 sonner. In fact, when i try to download weather data, the message "Downloading weather data, please wait" appears, but FSC get crashed. Someone can help me ?

    General question about the database

    When running the db-manager after making some changes (new airport addons....), does it build the db from scratch every time or does it just add new data?

    In the last case: when I remove an airport, will it stay in the db or will it be removed too, when I run the db-manager again?

    the databasemanager rebuild the database from scratch and ... if you remove an airport and you run the dbmanager again, the airport is also removed.

    Well then I don't understand how they can read out as two different routes in FSC and FSX.

    FSC = KLNK PWE STJ LMN MCM HLV FTZ KSTL

    FSX = KLNK STJ MCM STL CSX KSTL

    Missing location etc on IVAO

    Hi all

    When connected to IVAO I used to see my callsign, height, and speed on the FS Commander map.

    I can see other aircraft on the map, but the only time I see myself now is when I connect using the GPS

    Thank you for responding to this. I have no idea what is happening.

    I did find something that looked incorrect to me...don't know if it is: I have FSC9 > D:\Program Files(x86)\Aerosoft\FSC9\FlightPlan\ *then I have another FSC folder under that that shows only FlightPlans.

    Here is a FP I just made from KLNK - KSTL. The FSC plan is correct.

    Saved fsx FP

    I built a FSX FP using FSC9 and saved it: "SAVE AS".

    FSC9 Showed this route (correct): KDFW.BYP.FSM.HRO.MAP.KSTL

    When I opened the FP in FSX it showed (incorrectly): KDFW.CVE.BYP.FSM.HRO.DGD.TBN.VIH.FTZ.STL.CSX.KSTL

    This happens with every FP, not just the one above.

    I built the FP using the Right Mouse Click function over the waypoints and selecting.

    Any ideas what is wrong?

    Hallo FSC-Team!

    Ich bin seit gestern Besitzer des FSC-9 (CD-Version), und habe folgendes Problem.

    Ich gebe eine Route ein und drücke dann den OK Bottom (oben rechts), dann wird aber die Route verfälscht. Zur verdeutlichung des Problems habe ich zwei Bilder eingefügt. Das Passiert auch an anderen Orten mit unterschiedlichen AIRACS. Heute z.B. auch mit der Route ENVA nach ENAL (Trondheim - Alesund), da will mich der FSC-9 über Grönland schicken (4600NM Umweg :rolleyes: ) . Was mache ich falsch?

    Ach ja meine Daten; FSC-9 (CD 9.0.0.2 mit update auf 9.0.0.3) /FS2004 v9.1 /FSUIPC v3.9 /AIRAC 1008 (und andere)

    bist Du sicher das Du hast Handbuch gelesen hast? Dies gilt vor allen Dingen für das Kapitel 5.2.2 Airwayrouten, Seite 55 !!!

    Eine Route im Feld RouteString gilt NUR für Airways und besteht immer, ohne Ausnahme, aus einem Waypoint und einer Airway, aus einem Waypoint und einer Airway usw. usw.

    Google Earth Connection

    Hello.I have download and registered with SimMarket.I also installed file FSC-2010-11-23.zip.

    I have a problem with GoogleEarth connection, here is what I did.Using the FSC9 software I clicked on window / option / online and on the Google Earth path ( circle on left)what appeared on the right window is the path E:/FSC9 /plugin.

    I know that the GE.exe is there but a window appeared saying "Google Earth.EXE in specified folder not found"

    How can I have the FSC9 read it.Except that everything is fine.

    My system win-7-64 FSX-acc.

    Hello,

    I am trying to compile my database, but am having an issue. The complier runs until an error message appears which, in essence, says a .bgl file is locked or missing. Then, the complier stops. When I check the specific scenery file, the "missing" .bgl file appears in the scenery file.

    I am confused. How do I solve this issue so I may compile my database?

    SAVING PLANS TO FSX LEVEL-D

    Hello,

    FSC9 - I have set up the FSX path in windows 'options' and the Level D folder path in addon aircraft folder. When I choose to save a plan with FSX and Level D boxes checked, FSC only saves plan to FSC flightplans in FSX .pln format. It does not save in the Level D .rte format in either the FSC flightplan folder or level D folder. What is causing this to happen?

    Are you sure that you have read the manual especially the chapter Options -> Flight Plan, page 107, and did you watch the screenshot below?

    On Folder FlightSimulator X installation (add-on aircraft) you MUST only set the folder of your flightsimulator !!! nothing else !!!

    hast du eine Erklärung dafür warum die Aufzeichnung abgebrochen hat.

    Der Flug ging von EDDV nach EDDM.

    Nein, keine Erklärung.

    Sollte das noch einmal vorkommen, dann wie folgt vorgehen:

    1. Flug bis zur Landung weiter durchführen

    2. Menü -> Blackbox -> Reset/Save und Aufzeichnung sichern

    3. danach mir den Flugplan, die Datei FSC_Protocol.log sowie den aufgezeichneten Flug aus dem Ordner User\Blackbox zusenden.

    Hallo Volker,

    ich fliege auch mit der iFly 737NG und kann die Flugpläne nicht speichern. In der Box gibt es aber eine Option Speichen als iFly B747 kann ich diese Benutzen.

    Kann ich eine andere nehmen denn die Endung der iFly ist FLTPLAN oder ist die Maschine auf eurer ToDo-Liste.

    probieren geht über studieren. Wir kennen das Format der iFly 737NG nicht, könnten uns aber vorstellen das es, wie bei PMDG, "Baugleich" ist mit der iFly B747.

    Wenn nicht dann heißt es warten denn das steht nicht am Anfang unserer ToDo Liste.

    Hallo Volker,

    Ich habe im 2008 den Update 8.2 runtergeladen.

    Nun habe ich diesen installiert, gemäss readme files. Dann noch den patch für 8.2.

    Auf den Aerosoft Seiten fand ich den Hinweis, dass KEINE Upgrades für 8.x ff mehr

    verfügbar seien. Man 'solle' den FSC9 posten.

    Das lasse ich mal sein.

    Ich rede nun vom 8.2:

    - Datenbank running ok.

    - konnte Fplan erstellen,aber nicht abspeichern >> zuerst registrieren, ist logisch.

    Aber leider wird der Code den ich mit der Version 8.0 (Boxed version) erhalten habe

    nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich schade nicht :mellow: .

    Wenn ich das noch lösen könnte ...

    Mit dieser Version könnte ich dann vorerst leben.

    Kannst Du mir einen Rat geben?

    Hallo Ruedi,

    wie Du ja in unserem Announcement gelesen hast sind Sascha und ich die Authoren und nicht die Händler.

    Somit können wir Dir seitens einer Version bzw. Key nicht weiterhelfen.

    Aerosoft bietet aber für 8.x User ein Upgrade auf die Version 9.0 zu einem Sonderpreis an.

    Einfach noch mal nachlesen.

    ich habe da mal eine Frage: warum hast Du in den letzten 4 Jahren Deine Version noch nie upgedated?

    Außer das es für die 8er Version zwischenzeitlich 6 kostenlose updates gab,

    sind wir zwischenzeitlich sogar bereits bei der Version 9.0.

    Fazit, unbedingt bei Aerosoft updaten bis Version 8.6, da kostenlos.

    erstmal Glückwunsch zu eurem super Programm, gefällt mir.

    FS 2004 (FS9), FSUIPC3.98, Aerosoft FSC 9.0, Build 11-11-2010, Windows XP,

    Habe aber trotzdem ein Problem. FSC9 übernimmt mir nicht mein altes Logbook aus FSC8.6 was mache ich falsch oder habe ich wieder das Handbuch nicht richtig gelesen.

    Hast du einen Hilfestellung dazu.

    da hinsichtlich am Logbook in der neuen Version nichts geändert wurde,

    brauchst Du nur das Logbook aus dem Ordner \User von der alten Version 8x

    in den Ordner \User der neuen Versionen zu kopieren.

    Sorry, but I don't know, where I find the info over the used AFCAD. I have checked with EDDM, no SID/STAR available and

    no AFCAD info found as well.

    Are there other options, to used addon sceneries in FSC?

    FSC9.0

    Hallo Volker,

    habe gerade den neuen FSC bekommen und gleich einpaar Fragen dazu.

    Ist es richtig das man die Version 8.6 einfach (nur den Ordner)löschen soll ohne die Deinstallationsroutine zu benutzen.

    Was sollte man alles sichen und welche Dateien davon kann man in die neue Version implementieren.

    Sorry für die nächste Frage, sind schon Bug Fixes oder UpDates zum Download draußen.

    Auszug aus unserer Liesmich Datei:

    WICHTIG FÜR BENUTZER VON v. 8.x

    -------------------------------

    Falls Sie irgendeine Version 8.x verwenden, können Sie Version 9.0

    zusätzlich auf Ihrem Rechner installieren. Allerdings muss 9.0 in einem anderen Verzeichnis als

    8.x installiert werden.

    Falls Sie 9.0 installiert haben und anschliessend 8.x löschen wollen,

    VERWENDEN SIE AUF KEINEN FALL die Deinstallationsroutine, sondern löschen einfach das 8.x

    Verzeichnis.

    Ebenso, wenn Sie 9.0 installiert haben, es Ihnen aber nicht gefällt, sondern

    Sie zu 8.x zurückkehren und 9.0 löschen wollen, VERWENDEN SIE AUF KEINEN FALL die

    Deinstallationsroutine, sondern löschen einfach das 9.0 Verzeichnis.

    Der Grund dafür ist, dass 8.x und 9.0 gemeinsam eine Reihe von Systemdateien

    (*.ocx and *.dll) verwenden. Wenn Sie also einen deinstallieren, wird der andere nicht mehr

    laufen.

    Die Dateien FSC.INI und FSCCOLOR.INI sichern und nach der Installation des FSC9 in den FSC9 Ordner kopieren.
