Hi Jerry,
I can not verify your problem. The files are read without errors. (See screenshots)
However, I noticed something.
The addon scenery was installed in the /SCENERY folder.
To my knowledge, an AddOn Scenery should NOT be installed in the main Scenery folder.
However, I can't find an error and the airports are displayed correctly in the map.Regards,

1. Please post here 2 screenshots which are very, very similar to mine.
Pay particular attention to lines 1 and 32. The O.K. Button can only be used if you have previously read the manual, chapter 5.2.2 Airways Routes.
If this conditions or conventions described in the manual are not fulfilled, the use of O.K. Button nonsensical and not possible.Regards,

FIR data are available here: Menu -> Map -> Airspaces > Flight Information Region... or Air2
... but have already been used for a long time. The DAFIF source no longer makes these data publicly available.

Version 9.2 has expired for more than 3 years. The current version is 9.6 Rev.7.
Make a complete backup.Make also a backup of the following files:
\Register.fsc, \fsccolor.ini, \fsc.ini
\User\Blackbox, User\Logbook.fsc, User\aircraft.fsc, User\BuddyIvao.fsc, User\BuddyVatsim.fsc
\Flightplan\FSC
\Database\UserWP.txt, \Database\UserObj.txtUninstall the current version. Delete the current FSC folder, including all files.
Download the current Version 9.6 Rev.7 here: http://www.fscommander.com/files/fsc96.zip
Install the new version as an administrator. Copy the backed up files to their original folders.Volker

The FSComander does not affect any flight simulator. There is no direct connection to Prepar3D.

The DatabaseManager only reads what was written into the files.
Here, there seems to be a difference between the actual scenery and the AfCad file.
In order to investigate your problem, I need more information.
Please send me the complete sub folder /SUPPORT to my e-mail address.
