Hexzed is correct @Speedy80, please update to sp6v12 as the v10 you have does not have the LEBL update yet. 🙂 The two latest updates have added the LEBL and EGKK traffic. -

Where did you install your Real Traffic (folder directory)? Are you playing with Real Color too? -

@Someguythere this is right, you need to have your voice recognition turned on, Cortana is not useful here. Please try these suggestions and get back to us with the results. 🙂

Do you have any voice recognition interface installed other than windows speech?

Please check the following: 1. Running the program in Admin mode. 2. Your computer is set to US English. 3. Your US English language pack is updated.

Glad its working now Ty. Most of the time, if a speech issue is not solved by running as admin, setting computer to US English, updating the language packs, and training the voice recognition engine, then the issue is most likely some isolated case particular to each computer/user, as it is in this case 😉
