Hello BrendanMan33, You must have the same Real Traffic and Real color and airport files as the other party. The only way to check is making sure both sides downloaded the latest version of each installer. Hope it works! Best regards, Ariel

Hi Sirius, I have consulted this matter with our team, but it seems that there is nothing to do other than delete it manually. If you are able to identify all the files that are missing to delete, just go ahead and delete them; that will leave your computer pretty much clean. I´m sorry for not having any other solution.
