Brian, so, if I understood correctly, you are playing with Tracon installed, but no real airlines are appearing... why don´t you try to completely uninstall both programs again please... Tracon and Real Traffic. Then, install Tracon ONLY, not Real Traffic, and lets see how it goes from then on.

Brian, according to what I could see, you took the screenshots while Tracon was not even opened... if this is so then you should try to open Tracon first and then see what the Task Manager reveals. However, I could spot some McAfee actions in the background, quite plenty of them. Are you sure you have deactivated all firewall and antivirus software?

Fred, our programmer indicates that, regarding your windows issue, your Windows OS is blocking one window (adirs, dbrite, strips) on top of the other in the game. They are on top of each other and they should be able to be shown. It seems there is something you need to fix on your end. Perhaps on your window display settings?

Dear Brian, generaly these issues have been caused by antivirus software and firewalls. Sometimes other programs can be the problem. This is why I believe going through the Task Manager and detecting any active software may help in case this is the issue. You could send a screenshot of your task manager window here so we can all help you troubleshoot 🙂

Brian, my bad, its not the Event Viewer, although it can sometimes help, but its better to refer to windows Task Manager. There you can see all programs active and running in the background. You can detect if there is any antivirus, firewall, or other software that may potentially be interfering with the game. Its a good idea to only have Tracon open, absolutely no other program running, so its easier to detect if there is an action from any other program in the background.

Thang you Craig. Brian, Craig is right. As we already mentioned, these types of issues are very hard for us to solve since the problem is unique/local to your computer. As Craig mentioned, the cause is usually the user´s hardware, driver or any other software that may interfere with the game, and there we cannot do anything as only you know what you run in your computer. You can use Window´s Event Viewer to see which programs are running in the background and trying to deactivate one by one to see if one of them is causing this issue. Your computer specs are good so that shouldn´t be the problem, but always recheck that they do meet the system requirements.

Fred, Regarding the Adirs, Dbrite and strips issue, please verify you do not have any antivirus or firewall running in the background that could be blocking them off. Also please run the program in ADMIN mode. This could also be the solution for the FPS issue, although I doubt it. Please check that you do not have any other program interfeering or regulating with the FPS.

Fernando, I am afraid the problem is harder to find. After going through all the troubleshooting in this thread, if it is still not working for you it may be due purely to a local computer issue. Please check you do not have any other program regulating/controlling FPS or video in your computer, as these sometimes have been the cause.
