Your lists just shows installers. The community needs to see the folder structure for the installed game. Did you run all installers as administrator?

Havr you uninstalled and then run the installer as administrator?

As I've been stating for some time - the upgrade is an update path for people that already own the FS9/FSX version and already have a unlock key. As you don't own the FS9/FSX version you don't have a key and therefore need to purchase the products listed above.

Try adjusting the gauge refresh rates using the EMB configuration utility. Be sure to run the utility as admin.

Try flying without your controller, or a different controller, to see if the frame rates change.
