  3. Did you confirm that you: Ran the installers as ADMINISTRATOR. Instructed the installers to the correct install (aka, steam v stand alone version)? Directed the installers to the a custom directory if you didn't do a default install?
  4. Steam version of what? Tower? An airport? Real Color for an airport? Real Traffic?
  5. Exactly @crbascott! @bill17dw Tower should appear on your Steam panel. If it isn't you need to contact Steam customer support.

  8. So you do not have any records of your purchase? Credit card used? Date of purchase? Email address used during original purchase?
  9. Did the uninstaller remove all files? Did you run the installer as administrator? Have you confirmed your antivirus program isn't blocking the game? Did you install any new programs on computer just prior to Dec 5? Did you experience and system, aka Win10, update on or just prior to Dec 5? You can see if there is a Tower log file (...\<tower root folder> \tower3d_Data\output_log,txt) and share it by attaching the document to your post. Attach the file, do not cut and past the file contents into a post.

  11. Usually means your custom schedule has an error in an airplane reference (aka type), and/or a format error in the data (aka misplaced comma), incorrect entering of space, and/or incorrect use of character besides a comma (aka a . ; etc).

  16. Did you run the installer as admin? Do you direct the installer to the Tower root folder (standard? steam? Custom?). Did you download and install the latest version of RealTraffic (running installer as admin etc)?
  17. Which airport? Did you run the installer as administrator? Did you direct the installer to your Steam/Tower root folder?
  18. Did you purchase RealColor for the airport being played?
  19. @James850 which airport? Meaning just white planes? Did you bring the installer as administrator? Did you tell the installer to install into a Steam version of the game (clickbox and/or custom directory you created for your Steam installs)?
  20. Uninstall. Confirm all elements are deleted. Reinstall being sure to run installer as administrator.
  21. Welcome to computers and hardware interaction. There is something about your combination of hardware, software and settings.
  22. The brakes don't work or just the knob animation? What about the wipers? Did you try first loading a default aircraft?
  23. Do the brakes and wipers function? Have you tried loading a default aircraft, setting everything to cold and dark, and then loading the Ejet?
