    'Shome': How are you setting up the game to obtain this view? Provide EXACT steps so others can attempted to duplicate. Kevin's post above shows the port(left) side of the the plane and assuming he also has an engine with a starboard(right) side view. So the engine is modeled when using his method for setting up a viewpoint.

    and AIRAC difference will cause problems. if a plan loaded it only shows on that specific plan there wasn't a difference in a waypoint and/or navaid.

    do you have both Real Traffic and Real Color KDFW? both are required to have the real-world airlines appear at KDFW.

    Down for me also. My guess there is a server or ISP hub problem for BMTmicro. I'm sure the IT folks are on it and service will come back up in a bit.

    Encourage you to look for these two magazines for learning and reading about commercial aircraft - AIRWAYS AIRLINER WORLD Check your local library to see if carried (my local library used to have them until the budget cutters reduced civic spending).

    Hugo - your shared image link cannot be seen as the hosting service requires registration ... and I'll not share my information to their data collection system. can you adjust your image to a smaller size so you can share it with the group within the post? or use an image hosting service that doesn't require registration?

    The planes files mirror other add-ons so compare the file structure and contents to a plane that works. It is almost like you don't have the sound cfg, sound files and folders ... or maybe a registry entry fault.

    so far it seems to be a localized issue that your computer/P3D has developed. this is why I believe you should look closely at all xml references, including base game entries and not just the addon aircraft. something is sending the sound requests to an empty/incorrect folder. anyone else reading have a problem?

    search www for discussions with MSWindows having problems with the the .dlls related to HID controllers and sending extraneous and overwhelming information to games.
