Tower3D Pro: Forcing arriving aircraft to exit at a specifc ramp

Any suggestions on what command to use (and possibly more importantly when) in order to instruct aircraft to exit the runway at a specific exit/ramp? I've tried giving taxi instructions as soon as they touchdown but they always seem to exit where they want to.

callsign, exit at taxiway x

Give the command before the aircraft lands.

There is also:

Callsign, take next available exit on the (left / right).

Can help if they are down and you forgot.  I either catch it early or am looking elsewhere and forget about it but it can help.

and you also have

VACATE RUNWAY LEFT/RIGHT ONTO TAXIWAY ##

I use vacate runway right/ left on taxiway XXX. the command can be issued once landing clearance has been given until the "Successful Landing" message appears. after the message appears the exit has already been determined.

Sometimes it works after they land as well, but its kind of hit or miss.
