  1. T!11: ABQ, LAX, 73G, WN, 474, 07:35, 06:40, 115, WN T!3D: ABQ, LAX, 73W, WN, 130, 06:52, 12:00, 1, WN What column is to swap? The only differences I see are that in T!11 no more than one whitespace is used after the commas and that information is given for the duration and not just a "1" as a placeholder. However, I doubt that this is relevant. EDIT: For testing, I just created a schedule for LAX (one hour, time: 08:00) using Schedule Builder. I set the time in T!11 (Tower!2011:SE to be precise) to 16:00 and the schedule was executed without any problems.
  2. Deve ser mencionado que deve ser inglês dos EUA. Apart from that, the approach via a new Windows user account is a perfectly sensible one.
  3. Not quite @Nandrews10. It is the official support forum of the developer/publisher FeelThere for their own ATC simulation games. There is an unofficial Discord server where this and other ATC games are discussed. If you're interested, I'm sure @crbascott has an invite link for you.
  4. Theoretically yes, however I don't know how the DRM on Steam works in detail and if Steam will install the airport. You can find the airports on Steam for both Tower!3D and Tower!3D Pro. For some airports you have to search for them specifically. I would buy add-ons for the correct version, but I unfortunately can't give a definitive answer to your question. I hope someone else with a greater wealth of knowledge will answer as well. EDIT: Too slow once again! Thank you very much @crbascott 😝😂 A function that allows forum users to delete their own posts would be a good idea for 2022!?! I wish you all a happy new year.
  5. First, check if you can find the purchase confirmation(s) in your received or archived emails. These should contain the link to download the installer(s) and the registration key(s). If this does not lead to success, proceed as follows: If a purchase was made through FastSpring (via feelthere.com from Dec. 2020 to Jun. 2021), contact FeelThere with as much information about the purchase as possible (date, payment method, etc.), specifically naming the email address used for the purchase, through their Zendesk (https://feelthere.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). If a purchase was made through BMT Micro (via feelthere.com before Dec. 2020 or from Jun. 2021 or via atcsuite.com), contact BMT Micro via cservice@bmtmicro.com, best using the email address used for the purchase and providing as much information about the purchase as possible (date, payment method, etc.). If you have used a webshop from a different website than the two mentioned here, ideally contact the operator of the website/webshop directly to get more information about the recovery of your purchase.
  6. Update v0.9p RC UPDATE pack support Information from the RC UPDATE pack is now included in Livery Checkup and RCS. If you own the pack, make sure it is enabled in the Livery Checkup Preferences. I am currently withholding the introductory video. There have been some changes to the site since it was recorded and I intend to replace parts of the video in the next few weeks so that no outdated footage is shown. Even though I'm convinced that no one needs it by now, it will be online soon. Schedule Creator Website
  7. @SHEBO To fill my database with the new information and also for testing, I need the new RC pack. I don't intend to buy it and therefore can't add it to the Schedule Creator. EDIT: Please keep in mind that my little projects are not supported by the game dev. FeelThere will not provide me with any files or information. It could well be different for Nyergesdesign, as they have been kindly provide me with needed information in the past, but I won't ask for the new RC pack. EDIT2: I'll try to work something out after Christmas.
  8. That's what confuses me. I think there is no question that @Pedantic G is doing a great job here. All the necessary information can be found in the RCAOP1 spreadsheet document from this thread. Why I am wondering that this information is not included with the RT update as it was with the Retro pack, and therefore asking if this information is included with the UPDATE pack, is to point out a possible grievance. If this information is not included in the RC pack, wouldn't a buyer who doesn't know about this thread just have a useless livery pack on the PC? I mean, not everyone will know how to open the manifest files to get information and additionally might not know which airlines are associated with the (new) IATA codes.
  9. Now I have a brief question of my own; actually two. When the Retro pack was released, the then current Real Traffic installer, if I'm not mistaken, created a RETRO folder with updated files for the airlines, airports and aircraft. With the current version, no UPDATE folder is created. @nyergesdesign are the updated text files, so that customers can actually use the new airlines and aircraft models, supplied with the Real Color pack? That would be out of the ordinary. This leads me directly to the next question. To make sure I indeed have the latest RT version installed, I took a quick look at the Current Versions Sheet thread. @FeelThere Ariel is there a reason why this hasn't been updated for quite some time?
  10. @QantasFan-QF476 Real Traffic does not need to be purchased twice. Use the information from the purchase confirmation email to download the latest version and install it over the previously installed version. (Backup all custom schedules and other modified TXT files from the game's airport folders beforehand.) All, at least I hope so, information about the installation of Real Traffic and Real Color can be found in these guides: Real Traffic: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2544245180 Real Color: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2544293092 Keep in mind that these are guides for the Steam version. If you didn't buy Tower!3D Pro via Steam, the installation paths will differ, of course. Basically, it is only important to ensure that you specify the correct paths during the installation, especially if you did not install Tower!3D Pro in the default path. These are the typical installation paths: NOTE: Once you have completed the installations, you will need to create your own schedules to get flights with liveries of a Real Color Pack displayed at a different airport. The same applies to the Retro and Update pack.
  11. It is a long known issue and by now highly unlikely that there will be a fix from the developer.
  12. The last player (I know of) with an Access Violation issue was able to fix it with a BIOS (or UEFI firmware) update. First, make sure that DirectX and drivers for graphics card and sound card are up to date and that no third-party software is blocking (parts of) the game. Sometimes the problem can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well.
  13. Run the speech training quite a few times; 5 to 10 times and double check that Tower!3D Pro is indeed executed with administrator privileges. Have Windows Speech Recognition open [Win-Logo] + [Ctrl] + [S], right click and set it to "Off: Do not listen to anything I say". This is important to prevent the speech commands from being intercepted in the background and tried to turn them into desktop commands. If this doesn't work, additionally try setting the game's graphics options as low as possible and wait 1 or 2 minutes after the airport loads before giving the first voice command. (The idea behind this is that I don't know how good Windows 11 currently is with managing CPU cores. It might not be able to handle single core applications very well yet which could delay fully loading the speech recognition module of the game. It's unlikely, but you never know.) If that doesn't help either, try running the game in different compatibility modes (Win 7, 8, 10). If that doesn't work either, you can try to uninstall the game and then install it in a folder (or a second hard drive) outside the Windows system folders (like the Program Files folder is), if not already the case. (The idea behind this is to eliminate rights management issues as much as possible without having to deal with rights management itself.) Don't forget to update Norton's Safe List. If that doesn't work either, please post your log files here, if you like. (speech.log and ..\tower3d_Data\output_log.txt) Maybe FeelThere or one of the experienced users has more ideas. Since Windows 11 is not officially supported for Tower!3D Pro, I don't know to what extent FeelThere is willing to help in this case.
  14. You can, depending on the Norton version, add the files to the Safe List and/or exclude them from Auto-Protect. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-360/home/solutions/v3672136 Nederlands: https://support.norton.com/sp/nl/nl/norton-360/home/solutions/v3672136 To find out if this is really necessary, you can check the Security History to see if files (*.exe, *.dll) from the Tower!3D Pro installation directory have been blocked or ristricted in the first place. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v19803667 Nederlands: https://support.norton.com/sp/nl/nl/home/current/solutions/v19803667 You should also make sure that Tower!3D Pro is allowed to access your microphone. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/app-permissions-aea98a7c-b61a-1930-6ed0-47f0ed2ee15c#ID0EBD=Windows_11 It is also possible that when you first try to give a voice command in the game, Norton displays a message in a pop-up window for a few seconds asking if you want to allow access to the microphone. It is advisable to run the game in windowed mode to observe if there is such a message. Edit: Just to rule out that the PPT key is blocked, Sticky Keys should be disabled (at least temporarily). https://allthings.how/how-to-turn-off-sticky-keys-in-windows-11/
  15. So at least you know your microphone is working, which is a good thing. However, Windows Speech Recognition has nothing to do with Cortana and is a separate process. It is recommended that the speech recognition app is open and set to "do not listen" after a short test. This way you can be sure that at least the proper process is started and running. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-voice-recognition-in-windows-83ff75bd-63eb-0b6c-18d4-6fae94050571#WindowsVersion=Windows_11 If this does not work, make sure that tower3d.exe and ..\tower3d_Data\TowerSpeak\towerspeakbridge.exe are not restricted by your antivirus/firewall software and that Tower!3D Pro is allowed to access your microphone by both your security software and Windows settings.
  16. Server move resp. domain transfer starts in 15 minutes! This means, in a short time the tool websites will be temporarily unavailable. I am trying to keep the downtime as short as possible. For the Schedule Creator the deletion of unused accounts comes into effect as well. That means, all accounts will be deleted, where no login was registered within the last 109 days. Active accounts (login within the last 109 days) will be fully transferred. Please note that after the move, for a certain period of time, but not more than 3 weeks, there may be functional limitations and partially incorrect display of the websites. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
  17. Disabling the WiFi adapter worked for @RicardoFM. Why is that relevant to you? Replacing hardware is not a preferable solution in this case.
  18. That's a weird one. If you're sure that both Ethernet and WiFi adapters are disabled, then it could be RAM, VRAM, file permissions, third-party software, or other underlying issues. To my mind, the log file doesn't give much here. I hope @crbascott, @WildCard or @scoobflight have an idea. They've probably heard of or dealt with any possible issue with the game and can read the log file better than I'm able to do it.
  19. Even if you only connect to your router via WiFi, it may still be necessary to disable both the WiFi and Ethernet network adapters if a network card is (pre-)installed or integrated on the motherboard and a corresponding adapter is installed. There are several ways to do this. https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/how-to-enable-or-disable-network-adapters-in-windows-10/ Method 4 in the linked article should be the best to follow for the "average" Windows user, but all the methods described are valid. If this is not successful, it would be helpful if you provide the installation path, an exact error description and a detailed description of what you have done so far to fix the problem. Eventually it is helpfull to post the log file "output_log.txt", which you can find in the folder "tower3d_Data" of the Tower!3D (Pro) directory. By now you should have posted enough so that the forum allows you to upload files/screenshots. If it is the well-known and spreading issue that causes the game to crash when loading the menu, disabling the network adapters should actually fix it. (Fix it might be too much to say, it's more of a stopgap.) If it doesn't help and there is information that could be useful to solve the problem that you don't want to post publicly and you would rather contact the developer/publisher directly, you can use the following link: https://feelthere.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  20. Instead of copying the tower3d.exe file, I would personally right click it and select Send to -> Desktop (create shortcut) and then follow the further steps, but that is up to you. If this is the crash when loading the menu, from what I've noticed it seems irrelevant whether you start the game as admin or not. However, to ensure full functionality of the game, it is advisable to run it with administrator privileges. I do not recommend disabling firewall and/or antivirus software. Rather, I would make sure that (the installation folder and) the files tower3d.exe and ..\tower3d_Data\TowerSpeak\towerspeakbridge.exe are marked as safe applications. That should make no difference in this case.
  21. Try to disable your Network Adapter and/or check this post:
  22. My take on this is that airports will most likely not be backward compatible and buyers of T!3D airports, will most likely not get automatic access to the T!S3 counterparts and will have to buy them over again. You can read the following thread starting at the linked post: I do not want to make a buy or wait recommendation. The fact is that at this time it has not been announced if there will be any compatibility. It was also not confirmed if there will be airport add-ons for T!S3 at all, even if this is to be assumed. There is a possibility that there will be an editor where you can create your own airports. The only thing we know for sure is that there is no definitive official statement on this topic. Personally, I would appreciate it, if FeelThere takes all the time necessary to bring a fully fleshed out Tower simulation game to the market.
  23. It is not a simple third party tool installation but must be included in the code when then accessing the TrackIR DLL. It is however a fairly straightforward process. A software development kit and support is provided by NaturalPoint. https://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/developers/ Supporting TrackIR will certainly not have a detrimental effect on sales figures. 😉
  24. @FeelThere_Vic As I understand it, the question is whether the new Tower version will support TrackIR to look around the virtual 3D Tower via real head movements.
