  1. Use the link supplied and compare I have RT_Tower3D_PRO_sp6v23.exe 2.0.0.45 April 2021
  2. In Tower 2011 I edited the EGLL map so each stand was separate Terminal_2_T231: ICE,UAL Terminal_2_T232: ICE,TAP,UAL Terminal_2_T233: AAR,ANZ,UAL Terminal_2_T236: ACA,DLH,GWI,SWR,TAP,THY Terminal_2_T238: ACA,MSR,SWR,THY Terminal_2_T239: ACA,AVA,SWR,UAL Terminal_2_T241: ACA,SIA,SWR,THY,UAL Terminal_2_T242: ACA,SIA,SIT,SWR In Tower 3D, this meant all of the above all had to use the same airline codes, plus the A380 would be using the incorrect stands From what I read the configuration that I had in Tower 2011 will work in the next version, albeit some modification, plus correctly swaping out the A380 to the correct stands Overall it looks like a step forward
  3. Perhaps there has been a misunderstanding here, not such much specific flight numbers, but aircraft type or specific airlines or specific destinations (Shenzhen rules) For example at London Heathrow At Terminal 5A specific stands are used by flights : to / from Ireland flights by Iberia At Terminal 5C specific stands are used by A380 (some of which specific flight numbers) At Terminals 5A, 5B and 5C remote stands are used by specific aircraft types only (bus gates for European destinations and off-stand turnaround) At Terminals 2, 3 and 4 specific stands are used by some airlines (so in turn their flight number only) In Tower 2011 I was able to amend all the above stands to meet these requirements In Tower 3D it was only the Terminal and airline that could be amended, specific stands could not be amended As a result some A380 went to the wrong stand or some airlines went to the wrong stand The only case for the flight numbers would be those flights to/from Ireland, the rest would be correct by either aircraft type or airline
  4. Probably just the text only and makes no difference - Rate of decent to Max Speed 10K Assume that is "At 10K Feet in Knots"
  5. Which airport and what type of aircraft? I had this a few times at EGLL (Heathrow), so removed all the TurboProp flights
  6. GMT to Charlotte is -5 hours (October to March) If you have -4 hours then it is BST (March to October)
  7. Could it be these are FeelThere designed, all the others removed The older website still has them all https://www.atcsuite.com/tower2011 Disadvantage is when there is a FeelThere sale as it does not apply to the old website
  8. Here is the full schedule for BA LHR - ABZ : ABZ,LHR,319,BA,1301,09:10,09:10,0,BA ABZ,LHR,319,BA,1305,11:10,11:10,0,BA ABZ,LHR,320,BA,1307,13:00,13:00,0,BA ABZ,LHR,320,BA,1309,15:55,15:55,0,BA ABZ,LHR,319,BA,1313,18:55,18:55,0,BA ABZ,LHR,321,BA,1315,19:50,19:50,0,BA ABZ,LHR,321,BA,1317,22:00,22:00,0,BA LHR,ABZ,319,BA,1304,07:15,07:15,0,BA LHR,ABZ,320,BA,1306,08:45,08:45,0,BA LHR,ABZ,320,BA,1308,11:50,11:50,0,BA LHR,ABZ,321,BA,1312,14:00,14:00,0,BA LHR,ABZ,321,BA,1314,15:45,15:45,0,BA LHR,ABZ,321,BA,1316,18:05,18:05,0,BA LHR,ABZ,319,BA,1318,21:05,21:05,0,BA This is the original Real Traffic : ABZ, LHR, 319, BA, 1301, 08:20, 06:40, 100, BA ABZ, LHR, 320, BA, 1305, 11:00, 09:25, 95, BA ABZ, LHR, 319, BA, 1307, 13:05, 11:30, 95, BA ABZ, LHR, 320, BA, 1309, 15:35, 14:00, 95, BA ABZ, LHR, 319, BA, 1313, 18:05, 16:35, 90, BA ABZ, LHR, 320, BA, 1315, 20:00, 18:30, 90, BA ABZ, LHR, 319, BA, 1317, 21:55, 20:30, 85, BA
  9. Change the 1 to 0 (zero) 00:00 is the origin departure time, so change that to 05:04 and the program will in effect ignore it (the travel time is now zero)
  10. I converted my 2011 schedule into 3D First line of the original : ABZ,LHR,319,BA,1301,09:10,09:10,0,BA Both are prepared in a spreadsheet, saved as CSV then renamed as TXT file From memory the difference is one of the columns, just simply swap them
  11. Which airport? It is highly unusual for traffic be approaching from both the west and east
  12. What is the make and model of computer or hardware specification?
  13. You missed the latest one, but should not be too long to the next one I would highly doubt version compatibility Live for today, not tomorrow You could still be waiting for the next version of Tower this time next year (eek)
  14. This suggests you viewed either early morning dual runway operations, or during 2020 when only one runway was in use
  15. You would use both runways 27L and 27R before about 07:30, then for a short period around 16:15 to 17:15 There is also a runway change at 15:00 Example 05:00 to 07:15 27L and 27R 07:15 to 14:59 27L 15:00 to 16:20 27R 16:20 to 17:10 27L and 27R 17:10 to 23:00 27R
  16. How are you operating EGLL? If you are familiar with operations, then one runway for arrivals and the other for departures Combinations are 27L for arrivals and 27R for departures 27R for arrivals and 27L for departures 09L for arrivals and 09R for departures (although this is rare as the program hardly ever gives this wind direction) Time Based Separation has been in use for several years now, so there should be up to 6 departures and 6 arrivals per 5 minutes Once a landed aircraft has been passed from the arrivals controller the departing aircraft is cleared for take off
  17. Can someone please help explain KLAX operations I have watched the two main YouTube live providers, and even now I am surprised as to what is permitted I have attempted to replicate this, within the program limits, and it is quite close Runway 25L / 24R operations Have I got the following right, and what needs to change? Runways 24L / 24R - SouthWest flights line up at 24L, taxi via D9 (otherwise they cut in front of already queued aircraft) Delta, AeroMexica also line up at 24L As an aircraft arrives on 24R the aircraft lined up for departure on 24L is given clearance to depart My main concern (in reality) is the aircraft has to abort the landing, as the aircraft are very close together (we really do not have anything like this in the UK) Runway 25L / 25R - American and United flights line up on 25R (I use taxiway B) Cargo flights line up on 25L There is then about a gap of about 90 seconds, and the process repeats on the runways 25L / 25R That separation between departures makes sense However it there can also be a similar overlap between an arrival on 25L and departure on 25R There is obviously no issue between 25R departure / 24L departure and 25L departure / 24R arrival, due to the larger seperation At EGLL the departure has to wait for (about) 10 seconds for the arrival before clearance is given Dual operations are not permitted Finally, when ATC give an aircraft clearance to takeoff from 24L / 25R, what is DELRAY?
  18. Also has some strange voice commands "We are declaring an emergency" I had assumed the liveries had been edited, created and then included Does the "Thank You" livery actually exist in a pack?
  19. I am nearly finished a full schedule for Friday 05 July 2019 As above, some flights commence at KLAX, and that will resolve your 99% issue The program then usually commences about 10 minutes before the start time you selected, which allows you to build up a departures stack (if appropriate for the time selected) I found in the original Real Traffic schedule that there were two warnings NO FREE TERMINAL Usually means the program has not included a flight as all the stands are in use However the flight may be included later I would be more concerned by DROPPED, as the incoming flight will not be included As an aside for American / Terminal 4 / Terminal 5 In the original program (terminal) files there are not enough stands I assume you have created a spreadsheet to ensure there is 30 minutes between flights on a stand, by aircraft type You can then also use the spreadsheet to inspect for duplicate flights, the original Real Traffic schedule had two!
  20. We already have this with some of the duplicate cargo airlines, where the IATA / ICAO code does not exist and is not currently in use So it does raise the question who decides which code to use?
  21. I now realise why there were so many posts about KLAX and some of the issues I had not visually noticed that some of the B747 that were using Terminal TBIT, were actually Cargo aircraft! Hence why there were so many questions Ironically, later Real Colour packs have corrected this However some still appear to be missing for use with KLAX (hopefully I have time to submit these to Pack 1 update) as they use the same ICAO code As a result the allocations to TBIT were excessive, but splitting and removing the cargo (to use Terminal GA) has resolved some of the issue Sadly as is common with many international aircraft diagrams, there are long layovers which result in a tow to and then from a remote stand I also have several airlines that have a Real Colour for KLAX, but there are no flights within the Real Traffic file Such as Aer Lingus (EI) and Norwegian Airlines (DI) I have not been able to figure out why I have then moved on to Terminal 1, which is predominantly SouthWest Airlines (Real Colour also allows for Air Canada Rouge and VivaAerobus) I noticed very early on three duplicate flights and two more that made no sense Again, some of these flights would block the stand Thankfully there is a great source in the USA (bts.gov) that provides very detailed arrival and departure information, it is shame the UK does not have something similar Sadly the flights are listed by registration, no details of aircraft type, but this is easily resolved However with a little time and cross referencing to the Real Colour Master List this was resolved Again, due to stand blocking some flights had to be removed, but it was far less than the original Real Traffic file As as aside, I swapped to Friday 05 July 2019 / Saturday 06 July 2019 Data before 2018 was patchy, so I went for Summer 2019
  22. This should not have been an issue as I have both the Master List and one download of Real Colours I have compared my EGLL Aircraft colours list, and there is no difference in the KLAX column A slight oversight on my part as I had not included airlines that would not be expected at OMDB or EGLL
  23. How about revising the Subject to match what it will be released as? (example) Service Pack Updates One 2021 Future updates thereafter can be created in a new topic, sequentially
