for some reason im unable to hear the pilots to call for pushback or ready for taxi but i can hear the planes running an the other sounds around the airport i tried to test speech but i still dont here nothing

Is your TTS working otherwise? It may be a setting or something to do with that.

I had this same problem recently.  I uninstalled, and reinstalled (to the desktop, as recommended in the email) and it works fine now.

I’m trying to delete all the files to do a reset but some of the files says it open in towerbridge an it won’t let me delete them

Re-install the game outside of the program files folder on the main system drive.

i.e. c:\Tower3d

Also make sure to train your voice using the windows wizards as described here.

You've been on the forum since the beginning of the year. Is this a new problem or have you struggled with this the entire time?

Have you tried uninstalling your sound driver, then rebooting, then re-install said sound driver?

See if that fixes the issue :)
