  1. Folks, we apologize for this issue with the codes for the Ejets V2 for FSX. If you are experiencing a "next" button greyed out problem, please email us at feelthere.zendesk.com and send us your proof of purchase so we can send you a replacement code.
  2. It seems as if you are doing something unusual or something wrong. Maybe your hardware is set up wrong? The plane captures the GS for everyone, we are not aware of such error. Can you please tell us how exactly are you setting up your approach? Based on the images you can actually capture the GS from below, so this should not be a problem. Are you in HDG or NAV mode before you engage APR?
  3. @TR3K was this happening in P3Dv4 too or until you updated to V5?
  4. Is this happening at daytime only or nighttime too? What ejets are you experiencing this problem with? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
  5. Are you using the Ejets V3 latest SP2 update?
  6. I know this may sound boring but sometimes the simplest suggestions are the right fix. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Ejets?
  7. Glad your issue has been solved! Thank you for sharing the solution.
  8. @Dvb1998 glad the BIOS update sorted it out. Please let us know if there are any further issues.
  9. Is your computer set to US English?
  10. I understand that the speech engine does read you correctly but the pilot`s readback is not?
  11. Nelson, please point your RealTraffic installer to the corresponding Steam Tower3DPro folder. Your default location should be the following: c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro\
  12. @EliGrim that´s what we want to figure out. The 2004 update brought some incompatibilities to some of our software.
  13. @Dvb1998 I see your Windows version´s latest update is 2004. We know for sure that there are some issues the 2004 update brought to our Tower3DPro game that were solved by uninstalling the 2004 update. However a newer update was released on October 27th if I´m not wrong, the 2010 for Win10. Is there a way you could obtain this update and see if the issues you are experiencing are solved?
  14. Thank you @smirabal
  15. Hi @smirabal, for our testing purposes, can you please confirm which is your Win10 OS version?
  16. KEWR Airport Release RC KEWR Release Real Traffic Update release Previous: RT_Tower3D_PRO_sp6v24.exe New: RT_Tower3D_PRO_sp6v25.exe
  17. @smirabal good to hear! Happy controlling 🙂
  18. @Luke0103 have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Real Traffic? (not just overwriting.) If this doesn´t help perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling KEWR. Please also share with us a screenshot of the content of your Real Traffic folder.
  19. @t0rna every time a new airport comes out you need to update Real Traffic to obtain the latest airplane models and schedules for that airport. I believe this will solve your issue with default airlines.
  20. @smirabal did you purchase from steam? What is your Windows OS version? Your speech logs contain "internal error". This indicates a local issue on your OS.
  21. Callsign Hour of first call Departure Airport Aircraft Type Arrival Airport Squak Code
  22. @smirabal Checking your logs In the meantime... what exactly is the problem you are experiencing with voice recognition? Is T3DP not reading any word at all or is it just incorrectly recognizing your speech? Is the speech bar active when you press Left Shift?
  23. This was included in the wishlist for TowerX we opened and already closed a while ago. 🙂
  24. Can you confirm if it was working okay when you had SP1 just like Biggles´? Or only after you installed SP2?
  25. Have you installed the latest SP2 for the Ejets V3?
