The crash is as the game tries to engage the video card, 'Gfx device ... .' Another issue is that a recent Microsoft system update seems to have created a conflict on some systems. Reads as if you have put the FMC/MCDU into PLAN mode. Set the viewed plan to the first/current waypoint. Also review the manual's PLAN section.

As I stated before you seems to have something no one else has ever in the history of the ejet's release ever reported (going back to FS9). Looking for local on your system conflict(s) for something blocking APU gauges (simulation) function will be the likely solution. Have you confirmed with GSX and ActiveSky that when 'disabling' that the dlls and other code are actually kept from loading into the sim, not just 'not showing but still running' in the game?

Do you have any P3DV5 airport enhancements running? Things that model the function of ground power? Fuel trucks that actually modify planes fuel load? What other P3D utilities are you running?

So you ran the installer and now after a clean install, running installer as ADMINISTRATOR, the plane wouldn't load? Entire panel doesn't load (just a black patch where panel should show)? Switches, knobs and screens don't show or work? Other more specific issue? Please provide specifics.

Confirm that the fuel pump haven't reset. The EjetV3 was made for P3DV4 and there are issues with P3DV5. This may be a new one. Need to see if others experience the issue.

If you are using a installer download in 2019 you need to get the updated installer (released in September 2020). If you downloaded the installer more recently than Sept 2020 you are up to date. There are issues with the EjetV3 P3DV5 as it was developed for P3DV4.

After reviewing the plan be sure to set the viewed plan to the first/current waypoint or the MFD will remain in 'flightplan preview mode'.

When and where did you purchase the EjetV3? P3DV4 or P3DV5?

P3DV4 or P3DV5?

Confirm settings in P3D haven't been set to some unrealistic setting(s) that keep engines running in a videogame manner. If thay doesn't help uninstall and reinstall the Ejets being sure to run the installer as administrator.

Huh? The feelThere ERJ has the same FMC and displays as the real aircraft.

So the autopilot is working? This is a Windows protection 'service'. Only admins are permitted to change existing files.

P3DV5 could have caused issues as it is a new release of the plane. There are P3DV5 users of the plane (their issues are graphical). You are the first report, ever, of the autopilot not working (since FS9). The plane was designed for P3Dv4.
