  1. Redownload the installer. Confirm that any antivirus programs are not blocking the newly download installer from running.
  2. Which airport did you purchase? * Ignore prior, removed, comments ... I miss-saw and miss-stated.
  3. You ran the installer? Reads like you just downloaded the installer.
  4. If you you correctly installed yes. Did you run the installer as administrator? Did you direct the installer to you Tower install root folder?
  5. There is no Ejet testing at this time. If interested in assisting with the MSFS airport project see - https://forum.simflight.com/topic/91839-msfs-2020-beta-testers-needed/
  6. As you purchased two years ago and if purchased from feelThere contact BMTmicro with as many of the purchase details (ie, purchase email, purchase date, credit card used) and explanation of the issue - service@bmtmicro.com or call 800-414-4268 (USA/ Canada) / +1 910- 792-9100 (international customers)
  7. When did you purchase RC and RT? You have the email for downloading Tower but not the emails for RT and RC?
  8. I'm not finding that. Was until 2018. Not an airline with an impressive safety record.
  9. Air Astana was never banned from flying in the EU. They were only permitted to fly certain aircraft types in EU. They are the exception in that other Kazakhstan airlines were banned.
  10. Find the utility in feelThere folder found via the OS START menu. Run the utility as administrator. More detail in the manual.
  11. Have you tried using the plane's configuration utility to assign the switch, knob, etc assignments?
  12. London City requires a specially modified Ejet (aka most of the real world Ejets cannot land at London City). This modification is NOT modeled by the feelThere plane. See this tread on how to fake, meaning not using real world procedures, a landing at London City - https://forum.simflight.com/topic/90531-a-way-to-make-spoilers-available-beyond-flaps-2-for-steep-approaches
  13. @JerryJetand @alex87826: To make sure you understand - this isn't for testing Ejets, the request is for testing AIRPORTS.
  14. the plane was designed for P3D4. P3D5 continues to cause increased issues with each update. you are the first reporting this issue so it is also possible you have a setting or after-market addon causing issue. share all addon lighting mods, P3D lighting settings and your system specifics and settings. others may be able to compare their success in using the simulation in the game.
  15. Are you saying the livery is wrong or that you don't like the callsigns? Callsigns are based on the carrier. In the case of United Express the planes are not operated by United but by one of the regional partners. Callsigns are based on owner/carrier not what is painted in big letters. (There is actually, real world, a smaller sticker by the entry door that will say the carrier ... something like, 'United Express operated by Skywest.') Here is a current list of United's regional carriers - https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly/company/united-express-partners.html
  16. The plane was designed to work with P3DV4. Results with each P3DV5 updates have caused it solved issues.
  17. What exactly are you wanting to happen at transition? SOP is you adjust the pressure on the glareshield.
  18. What is 'this plane'? ERJ? Ejet? Phenom? Legacy?
  19. London City requires a specially modified Ejet to land at London City (aka most of the real world Ejets cannot land at London City). This modification is NOT modeled by the feelThere plane. 20. The next version of the game. No. Multiplayer works as it has always worked.
