    As you have seen in the videos the simulation works. Try: Uninstall followed with a reinstall being sure the run the installer as administrator.

    Are you following the procedure as outlined in the EjetV3 manual? (I know, by your post, you are familiar with the type but the simulation procedures may be different than your real world training.)

    Boeing is looking at 2023. FAA is re-reviewing the aircraft. Also adding more steps to certification. Also add the non-US regulators will do their own review after the FAA's 737MAX failures. Who knows who will fly the airframe as more airlines are canceling 777X orders.

    There is no update patch for the ERJ into P3DV5.

    V3 of the Ejets was made for P3DV4. Using the simulation on P3DV5 is hit and miss along with some having success and others not (shows how each system: GPU, addons, settings, etc; makes a huge difference).

    Have you confirmed that the sound and video card drivers are up to date?

    Yeap. Integrated graphics and shared memory are problems for many games.

    The last entry shows the game is trying to run your video card and then nothing. Shows that it is failing at your video card initialization.

    From whom did you purchase? (aka, what www-site?) Have you checked your email spam filter?

    Which simulator? FS9? FSX? P3DV4? P3DV5? For all simulators the Jets use default FS lighting. Have you installed an add-on lighting package? You wrote they worked before? What addons? updates? Etc have you added to your FS install and then the Jets lighting didn't work?

    My only guess is to run the installer for FSX as administrator and possibly in Win 7 compatibility mode.

    A complete guess as that package is extra old. Did your download come with two install packages? One FS9 and another for FSX? Wilco doesn't support the product. feelThere discontinued support about 2007.
