  1. chrisrob: i have no idea what you are describing .... your comments are not making sense to me. please try describing in another way or posting pictures of your file folders and game screens.
  2. If I'm understanding correctly you were saying there are no files, should be megabytes of files. If this is so I say first get a new installer using your download link. If that doesn't work you have a problem with your antivirus program and/or user account control not allowing anything to be installed on your hard drive.
  3. the gauge files are identical from your computer, to my computer, to all others' computers ... getting another person's gauge, besides violating the EULA, will not help. the difference is likely some setting, or install, or other (thanks to IBM's decision back in the 70s to outsource OS development & hardware and allow 'anyone' to build a PC). uninstall the FT package. re-download your product using the link provided when purchased. install the new download.
  4. 'Jmy': in manual on page 79 see the small text under 'MCDU' for the minimum requirements.
  5. if the WX gauge worked before and then didn't after install of the CapSim there is a compatibility issue. uninstall both and then re-install the feelThere product.
  6. GT: do you have other feelThere aircraft, or other aircraft made by other producers, that use the WX gauge?
  7. you need to state in the subject line the product as 'feelThere is supporting not one, not two, but multiple aircraft across two FS versions and seven OS versions. in order to trace/track issues we must know the above items, at minimum, to look into any concerns'.
  8. what does this mean? error message? Bill Gates comes to your door and stays, 'you can't do that?
  9. ryanpc: contact BMTmicro with as provide as much information about your purchase as you can. get a new download and install.
  10. the issue is related to faulty install of 'FSX's SP1 and/or SP2' so not sure why you are seeing the issue in FS9. are you installing the FS9 version into FS9? not the FSX version into FS9. another suggestion is confirming your video card driver is up-to-date. still another suggestion is ... do you have FS9 updated to FS9.1?
  11. you need to contact Wilco for the FSX update.
  12. Jason: go to the Ejet FAQ in this forum and scroll to the bottom of the post.
  13. there is no paintkit available besides the user-made FS9 version.
  14. feelThere had/has nothing to do with any 'NextGen' product. you need to contact Wilco publishing for support.
  15. Tower wasn't designed to work with win10 ... so testing will need to be done concerning what, where, when settings/codings will be necessary.
  16. this forum is for supporting feelThere products, not general FS items. i suggest you post your question in the general FS forum.
  17. reads as if you have conflicting throttle control settings in FS and/or the XBox controller, and/or the mouse.
  18. they used to ... leased all the -500's out to other airlines it seems - http://www.planespotters.net/Airline/LOT-Polish-Airlines
  19. don't know if the loader needs a specific file path. one of the programmers will need to respond.\ have you tried uninstalling your 'custom mod of the folder name' and reinstalling the plane? the other thing here is the lack of writing to the aircraft.cfg smells like window's UAC is not allowing you to make any modifications.
  20. you need to ask Navdata Pro why the Ejets Series (aka, Volume 1) isn't on their list. Navdata lists support for: 737/777 Airbus, Citation X, Embraer E-Jets v.2, Legacy. the Wilco Ejets series uses the same AIRAC database (aka, feelThere common database) as the aircaft listed above .
  21. see - http://forum.simflight.com/topic/78834-tower-2011-ground-charts/?hl=eddf
  22. Chuck: you need to contact BMT as outlined in the FAQ.
