  1. Stanner: as you are deleting the FMGC file you need to contact navigraph about their installer. by default it should put the AIRAC in the correct location. next, check to make sure your antivirus program isn't stopping the install ... or even deleting the file after it is installed (been seeing reports that MSsecruityessentials is doing this to some programs/files). the AIRAC is in a general folder, as you noted FS9\Feelthere\ND, so ALL feelThere and Wilco aircraft can read the same database. NOTE: if you installed another Wilco or feelThere aircraft after updating the AIRAC file you must re-update the AIRAC file.
  2. Stanner: what do you mean by 'unable to successfully install'?
  3. the plane wasn't designed to work with p3d.
  4. have you used the ejet configuration tool?
  5. Johan: the type of 'video card' you have in your computer isn't really a video card. it is part of the CPU and cannot deal with intensive games graphics. your computer's motherboard may have an expansion slot that may take a video card. your computer could also do better if you added memory (again, if the motherboard has expansion slots).
  6. Johan: your computer is a laptop right? how old? using shared memory right? your issues read exactly like the laptop is underpowered.
  7. this is the link i have - https://fsbrasil.wordpress.com/2010/03/04/paintkit-erjv2/ no warnings from my security software. in addition the link is to a wordpress account .. and wordpress does a good job in keeping the uploads secure and protect again general badness.
  8. Carlos: if you purchased from feelThere you can download the latest version from your BMTmicro download link. if unable to use that you need to contact BMTmicro with purchase information. See this sub-forum's ERJ FAQ.
  9. Andrew: as outlined in the forum rules feelThere will post and update when there is an update to post. until then we will not post bi-daily updates saying 'working on it'. thanks for your understanding.
  10. BMT is the company that takes care of providing the processing of a purchase from the feelThere store.
  11. this means the activation code is incorrect. i you purchased from feelThere you need to contact BMT about your keycode issue. see this sub-forums FAQ on how to contact BMT.
  12. the Airbus series is Wilco's product. feelThere wrote the code many, many, years ago for Wilco. since then Wilco contracted for another developer to create the 'nextgen' series. feelThere had nothing to do with 'nextgen'.
  13. 'jaw': is this just with EDDF? do you own EDFF? do you have traffice at the airports that come with TOWER?
  14. Bob: each person's download link is custom and private. check your email spam filter. if no email see Phenom FAQ on how to contact BMT.
  15. glad you got the game working.
  16. did you select US english? did you train speech recogintion?
  17. check the following - you didn't install the game in any 'compatibility mode'. make sure your antivirus program isn't spending any time 'evaluating' the game.
  18. you cannot add commands to the game.
  19. Darrell: you posted the aircraft.cfg, not the panel.cfg. please review the FAQ for MAP - http://forum.simflight.com/topic/76190-faq-map-by-feelthere/ note the PMDG section and the coding required for the MAP gauges (starting with gauge00=EFinfo!FINFO, 0, 0, 600, 450). this and the next two lines put MAP into your panel.cfg file.
  20. yep ... likely something in what you did with your graphics card.
  21. was the HUD working before?
  22. use the configuration utility to adjust the gauge refresh rate.
  23. uninstall and try installing in a compatibility mode. many users running in 64-bit.
  24. uninstall. confirm all parts of the planes have been uninstalled. install again NOT using a compatibility mode.
  25. did you run the installer in any 'compatibility mode' ... such as winXP?
