  1. Hi, all FSUIPC stuff included the module (DLL) itself is located in ..\Prepar3D v4\Modules\ So just find your FS (P3Dv4) installation folder and check in subfolder Modules Thomas
  2. Hi, please copy and paste the full content of the FSUIPC5.log file after the session has been closed, ideally of course a session when the 'crash' happend. Thomas
  3. Hi, still as it says Error=10013 --> Permission denied. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. An example is using a broadcast address for sendto without broadcast permission being set using setsockopt(SO_BROADCAST). Did you check you have the Network address and subnet mask correct set manually and not automatic on both PC's, i.e. (only an example): Server: ID=192.168.1.10 Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Client: ID=192.168.1.11 Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Thomas
  4. Hi, when you google the error it will tell you: The message "Error 740: The requested operation requires elevation" indicates that ...has been configured to Run as administrator ... Thomas
  5. Hi, you said 'FSUIPC in Second Computer will show FSUIPC is registered and WideFS is not.' but on the second PC there is neither FSUIP nor WideFS installed or running, that runs only on your Main FS PC. The error you get on the Client means that the connection is lost, most due to a Firewall on one or both PC's that blocks the connection, mostly the Windows Firewall. Make sure the basic settings for Windows network are still OK, sometimes Windows decides to change. Thomas
  6. Hi, as your latest log file shows you are back to FSUIPC5.10, why that? Please install first latest interim version FSUIPC5101m_TEST.zip ********* FSUIPC5, Version 5.10 (1st June 2017) by Pete Dowson ********* Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit reported as Build 15063, Release ID: 1703 (OS 10.0) FSUIPC5.dll version = 5.1.0.0 ... 16 System time = 10/06/2017 19:02:24 Thomas
  7. Hi, there is no need to display the available memory in P3Dv4 because of its 64-bit addressing, you will have more RAM installed than P3Dv4 will ever use with even heavy add-ons. In theory 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 byte (2^64 - 1), no need to display really. Thomas
  8. Hi, has nothing to do with PMDG installed or not, also you see the same in FSX / FSX-SE / P3Dv3 and P3Dv4 without PMDG installed. That's since long time 1 less freed than allocated. Also make sure you use latest FSUIPC for both P3D versions and PMDG's released bug-fixes. Thomas
  9. Hi, the log and csv files show that the throttle and paddles have the same GUID assigned, very strange. Can you try connect the throttle to a different USB port, so it should get reassigned to that port. Thomas
  10. Hi, you will need to send, after a short session, your FSUIPC5.ini / FSUIPC5.log and FSUIPC5.JoyScan.csv files. They are all located in your ...\P3Dv4_Installation_Folder\Modules\ Thomas
  11. Hi, please make sure you use, un-zip, paste and overwrite the existing FSUIPC5.dll in \Modules\ folder, latest interim version FSUIPC5101k_TEST.zip Thomas
  12. Hi, I think PMDG may have located the problem. It seems they DO use FSUIPC, and have used the old ModuleUser.lib code which dates back about 17 years and which is not compatible with a 64-bit prrocess like P3D4. They've only just told me they use this, and it really surprised me. I will temporarily make FSUIPC ignore module user calls until I work out a 64-bit implementation. That change will be in FSUIPC 5.101k, later today. when you read above from Pete you will find that PMDG is using an old 32-bit facility the shouldn't. In case Pete now ignores any of those calls because of the problems while they use it. You will have to wait for a PMDG fix where they don't use that facility anymore, as it was always said they don't use FSUIPC at all, or a 64-bit implementation is available and they have still to fix their code to use the correct 64-bit library. Thomas
  13. Hi, please update first to latest FSUIPC4, Install_FSUIPC4968.zip. This might not fix something for you but makes sure you are on the same level. Here I can not repeat that behaviour. Also the Log file is not completed/ FS closed. Please always send those files after the session has been closed fully. Thomas
  14. Hi, you said you updated as well at the same time to latest P3Dv3, that would be P3Dv3.4. Make sure you did read the LM info and have that correct installed? PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE MICROSOFT .NET FRAMEWORK 4.6.2 INSTALLED TO UPDATE TO HOTFIX 3 Thomas
  15. Hi, the minimum requirement would be a log file please. Thomas
  16. Hi, you don't get the registration details send by email, just check into your SimMarket account and you should see your registration information. Copy and paste them instead of typing to avoid typing errors. Thomas
  17. Hi, Well I should of copied over the entire folder to start off. It looks like I found it. Again Sorry Pete. :( No need to copy the whole folder! The install log file show you refused to Register, the only place where you can register, Registration dialog 'not now' selected. Just rerun the installer and at the end register with your details. Then please update to the current interim version FSUIPC5101a_TEST.zip , copy and paste the files of the Zip file into \Modules\ (the .dll file) and the pdf file into \Modules\Documents\ folder and check if the registration worked correct. Thomas
  18. Hi, that is correct. P3D v1 through P3D v3 has value 10 and P3D v4 has value 12. Thomas
  19. Hi, you will find the FSUIPC5.ini file and the FSUIPC5.log file in your Prepar3D v4 installation folder in the Sub-Folder 'Modules', i.e. ...\Prepar3D v4\Modules\ Thomas
  20. Hi, after you have installed FSUIPC5 for P3D v4 please download and update (copy and paste) to latest version FSUIPC5.101. It includes a changes PDF file where this problem is addressed and describes how you can fix that. FSUIPC5101_TEST.zip Thomas
  21. Hi, make sure you copy and paste the information rather than typing, gives often errors like 'O' instead of '0' Thomas
  22. Hi, somewhere in the information you will find that the key will be send in a separate email or you will find the registration information in your SimMarket account. One of the both for sure. Thomas
  23. Hi, there is only the x-55 Stick actually listed in FSUIPC5.ini file. Please copy and paste the FULL content of the FSUIPC5.log file and send the new created FSUIPC5.JoyScan.csv file. Thomas
  24. Hi, please copy and paste the FULL content of the FSUIPC5.log and send the new FSUIPC5.JoyScan.csv file, both files are as well located in Modules folder. [JoyNames] AutoAssignLetters=Yes 0=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Throttle 0.GUID={D1ABF8B0-4578-11E7-8001-444553540000} 1=Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Rudder Pedals 1.GUID={D1C3C670-4578-11E7-8005-444553540000} A=PFC Cirrus Yoke A.GUID={D1ABF8B0-4578-11E7-8001-444553540000} B=Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Rudder Pedals B.GUID={D1C3C670-4578-11E7-8005-444553540000} 2=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Stick 2.GUID={ECEEA2E0-4572-11E7-800F-444553540000} C=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Throttle C.GUID={D1ABF8B0-4578-11E7-8001-444553540000} D=Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino Stick D.GUID={ECEEA2E0-4572-11E7-800F-444553540000} This looks a bit strange, was that manually modified? The PFC Cirrus Yoke is only listed with letter and has the identical GUID as the X-55 Throttle! And you have 3 controller but four controller with letters? Maybe delete the controller entries below AutoAssignLetters=Yes in the section and let FSUIPC create it fresh. Thomas
  25. Hi, FSUIPC4 doesn't work for P3Dv4 64bit. You need to buy a new registration for FSUIPC5 from Simmarket, out today, special for P3Dv4. FSUIPC5 for Prepar 3D v4 Thomas
