I'm thinking about getting KMEM, but have misgivings having read the collision horror stories, and the confusion about whether an update has been released (the Current Versions topic shows it as KMEM: Release") despite a thread I found which seems to indicate there was a patch, albeit for the Fedex runway issue. What's everyone else's take on the airport? Thanks BLB I bought it, played it a few times, and never re-visited it again. When FedEx has their busy times, it's definitely a mad house. I like KMEM quite a lot and always come back to it by trying out different strategies with highly unrealistic fantasy schedules. So far I have not noticed any unforgivable bugs. ashman99 Posted January 1, 2020 Report Share Posted January 1, 2020 I like MEM personally for the great Tower views. Most airports are so far away that you don't enjoy the close takeoff and landing. ATC AlaskaGuy Posted January 1, 2020 Report Share Posted January 1, 2020 omdb is that way to the thing I don't like about DFW is that you can't see the international flights at the gate very well unless they are at the gates that are on the sides of the terminal, the only way to see what is in front is when another plane is crossing a runway that is near that terminal.
