Noel: the compressed file is an exe (at least when you purchase from feelThere) the Phenom is an LE product - Sometimes you just want to fly, or you are new to flight simulation, and don't wish spend 30 minutes preflighting an aircraft. Maybe today you don't want to spend much effort to create a flightplan and programming a flight management computer. feelThere LE aircraft are designed to be detailed enough to immerse you in the simulation experience and quickly get into the air from power-up to takeoff. Many systems are modeled, just not every system. You will find the level of detailed is greater than any flight simulator default aircraft. The systems that are modeled behave correctly; or are only slightly simplified. LE aircraft are designed for fun … which is the point for playing Microsoft's Flight Simulator. the Phenom's FMC is the FS GPS is being used with a 'visual overlay'. this means that there is no update available from navigraph (unless they figure out how to update the FS 'FMC' database).

did windows just do an update prior to problem? did you install any other programs just prior to problem?

'bir': yes there service and cargo doors do open with <shift><e><2> or ther Ejet series. consider changing the door command to <d>. much easier as the 'three key' option doen't work the best for the reasons i oulined above.

'oz': the plane uses FS's (don't know your version as you didn't outline system/FS details) default commands. the issue is how FS reacts to multiple requests for information. this is a well known bug in the FS code never corrected by MS. advanced panels request data from FS constantly. FS decides that these are in error and 'acts up' by cutting off some user key commands - such as the multiple key strokes to open the cargo doors.you will likely see that the cargo door will open easily when FS is first loaded. it is only after 'a bit' that the problem begins. i suggest you download RCBse-10.zip ("FS2004 Selection Correction gauge" by Rob Barendregt) from avsim.com. easy to install into your panel (follow the instructions in the 'read me' file).

what isn't working on the support forum Chris? i just ran a test and it is working fine. please review - http://forum.simflig...and-tracon-101/ (ie, without a log file we can't help) again ... without a log file we can't help. finishing commands is correct funtion.

nicholas: please contact simmarket and reference this thread, specifically Vic's post. feelThere has no way to validate your purchase, only Simmarket can do that.

Gareth: the game knows if there is gate space at the airport. if there are no open gates the game will 'meter back' arrivals. it can help to reduce departure % so there are more gates available. sadly the prior discussion on this, and various hints, was lost because the old forum needed to be closed do to spammer attacks..

Jamie: no need for win7 or XP modes. install as admin 'native' win8. also ... are you selecting runways before clicking start? without selecting runways the game will not run. also ... review the 'installing Tower FAQ'.

Kev: delete the game.log on your computer. start the game as close to the time where the issue occurs. this will result in a smaller game.log. do not upload the sidstar file.

the Ejets V2 was last updated many years ago. no. there is a 'user hack' posted on avsim.com's forum. do a search for 'ejet beacon'. answered - http://forum.simflight.com/topic/76350-lighting-textures-external-lights-not-working-with-switches/

'high': is the yoke centered, meaning the plane is in correctly trimmed flight, when trying to engage the autopilot? if the yoke isn't centered it will disconnect the autopilot.

the logo light is always on, except when the plane is powered off (if i remember correctly). the switch on the overhead panel is a 'dummy' (except for use in Call). details in the manual, page 34. --
