Without knowing the following hard to answer - * FS version? * Pressure altitude? * Which plane(s)? Just the 145? Not the XRJ? * Temperature? Are you pushing the throttle full forward for take off? Are you in the correct thrust setting for the stage of flight? Have you calibrated the throttle axis? What throttle quadrant are you using?

There is only one station in the simulation so changing payload (aka passengers, cargo and fuel) doesn't move the CG.

The simulation doesn't change CG based in load.

If the installer has 'user' anyplace in the filename you have SP3.

You need to contact Dovetail Games and ask them about their update policies.

You need to contact JustFlight about when they will be updating their servers.

Lou: Have you purchased RealColor for KEWR and KIAD? I'm unclear as you say you purchased the airport and installed the RealTraffic update ... it reads like you have RealColor for other airports, but not KEWR and KIAD.

Is your computer operating system set to English_US? AIRAC updates can be purchased from Navigraph. Navigraph provides an installer.

Anything that changes the look of how the lights are rendered by the game. To make it challenging some add-ons will replace/change the default lights without your complete knowledge. Again the issue is local to your system.

When the update us ready and stable it will be released. feelThere has never, in my 15+ years of working with them, made it a pattern of making hypothetical announcements about release dates.
