If you call my explanation being sensitive then I can't really help :) All I was telling you that just because you feed Tower with a certain number of departure/arrival flights it not necessarily means that you will get them all out due to it's limitation. I thought explained it loud and clear. Vic

If you would see that we see daily how many bugs are coming from modification please believe me your first question would be the same :) The scheduling system is a fine balance; we cannot simulate real world as we can't move idling planes from gates and we don't track the registration number of the planes to make sure the same airplane leaves that arrived early. We wrote a system that works most of the time so there are possibilities when we won't have enough gates, etc. When you read no free terminal for departures it can mean something totally different. We told/asked many times the log file is for us to help you when help needed, not to troubleshoot things on y our end.

  8. Please try the game with the included traffic. Once you start modifying it then we no longer support it. Unfortunately it is very easy to make mistakes that abuse our gate assignments. So please try with the default first, let us know then we can check the rest. Vic

  11. Dear Folks, One of you reported an issue about RWY 19L. When you instructed a plane to use that runway for takeoff it didn't stop at the runway; it lined up without permission. Now it's fixed and available for all existing customer. You need to re-download the airport using the same link you've received during purchase. We also updated it on Steam too. Thank you Vic

  16. It can show almost any abnormality. Perhaps it will not show the slow gameplay but it can show us for example if the game is crashed in the background for some reason.
  17. Dear Folks, As you can see this is not a widespread issue so it must be something local. Without sending us the log file, we can't look into that so reports without logs are ignored as we can't do anything with it. Vic
  18. Very well said. If we would be keep adding every request we could not release the game. However... just like we did before the development of Tower!3D we will open a forum for such a requests. FYI more than 80% of the requests we received for Tower!3D is in fact made to the game :) Vic
