Hi AlaskaGuy, Nope the 2 ATN planes in the manifest are not in the Amazon Prime livery (Gavin did ask for this but it appears the standard one was applied to the new cargo variant) .Have noted for any further RC requirements for upcoming airports to add the Amazon Prime one if we can) Also in testing this one today spotted that the line code in the KDFW_airlines file is incorrect and any ATN flights will not spool. This should be amended to the following to work: ATN, 8C, AIR TRANSPORT, Air Transport International, United States @battlehawk77 has already updated his custom schedule files to reflect this as per his posting earlier @nyergesdesign(Gabor) please note to amend your RT file to reflect this if and when you update the RT for any schedule update if you are doing one.

I an sure I will be proved wrong but in real world there are no heavy gates at Melbourne at Term 3 and 4 and it appears the developers mirrored this in the DLC. Watching airport Ops all the heavies seem to go from the International terminal (Term 2) and as @hexzedhas stated you do need to add Jetstar and Virgin Aus to Term 2 to get their heavies to spawn. Not ideal but I think you will find @battlehawk77did this in his custom schedules again I could be wrong but not near my gaming PC to check at present. The downside is that you CANNOT restrict gates on this game to Heavy only (as the development team tell me everytime I mention this!), so you will get other Virgin and Jetstar flights in Term 2 as well. This is an issue at ALL airports and will not be fixed in this version of the game as as we all know development has stopped in favour of the new version and this issue is on the wishlist to be fixed. I have run @battlehawk77 snippets with this terminal amendment config and all works fine. I will add the requirement to add at least a couple of heavy gates to Term 3 and 4 to any Melbourne SP list IF one is planned. Message Ends! UPDATE 16/12/19 Added to fix list

Tower 3D Pro - Real Colors/Aircraft Master List by Airport
Pedantic G replied to Pedantic G's topic in ATC Simulators
Greetings all, I have updated the Master File with Vs.14 to reflect today's release of the long awaited KDFW Airport and associated RC. Lots of new ones in there to support the RT and @battlehawk77Custom schedules he was hot off the press with today and as always any issues please let me know to rectify/investigate. Not saying that this one has taken a while to test and get right but when we started this American Airlines were still flying the MD's in their fleet (they retired these over 3 months ago!) and they were in the original RT schedule for the airport and therefore in the RC Pack. As these are now obsolete the RT was subsequently amended to remove the A/C type from the schedule and replaced with the A/C type that replaced these flights for accuracy in today's release version. However, as the 3 types look really cool in the Silver AA livery (MD80, MD82 & MD83) they have been kept in the released RC Pack for KDFW for those that may want to create a retrospective schedule. Also note that when you update your RT file this also now includes the amended KRDU schedule that removes the GA and Duplicate Flight issues raised by @crbascottfollowing the release of the airport a few months ago. Enjoy Gary- 398 replies

13R is the only one missing from the in game Control Panel to select in game play. However, you can select it when starting the game and it will accept it in game play via voice or via type command (ie Enter final runway 13R)
-
In theory they are but the problem arises where you have "updated packs" such as we have had with KLAX, KJFK, KSFO, EDDM and EGKK (and soon to be LEBL by the sound of it) which have their original number. As the game loads in RC (Manifest) Pack number order even updates in these can be overridden by later versions that still have an older livery so as hexzed says you can renumber to suit your own requirements if you know what you are doing. In the current format of the game this is all that can be done I am afraid. I try to keep the Master List updated with what new liveries, new freighter versions etc are in each of the RC packs and @hexzed, @battlehawk77and myself try to get as many of the updated liveries, if applicable, in each new/updated airport RC pack releases as possible if we are involved in the airport testing etc but it is a nightmare and with the soon to be released Dallas and Tokyo airports to add there will be some 2500 lines in the list to try and keep on top of.

Would be good if at the start of a session you could actually put in the current conditions at an airport you wish to operate to set this up from the start, the same was as you click on the runways you wish to use. A menu table to add the following and an in game graphical representation to show this similar to the uploaded image below: Conditions: select from Clear, Cloud, Rain etc Temperature:(Optional): Not really used in the game but a nice to have Wind*: xx Knts Wind*: Direction degrees * in game play logic to vary direction and speed similar to as it is now Even better if this can be linked "on line" to show actual Metar live data as you play 😎
-
Must admit I am coming to that conclusion for myself 🙄
-
Yep. As I have posted in the previous response
-
No as it shows the 4 digit code plus airline IATA code (ie B737_xx) that is in each airport manifest file texpack, not the 3 digit code in the schedule files. As an example for the B737 you get the following in the latest RT packs: B737-73G-BOEING 737-700 B738-73H-BOEING 737-800 B737-73W-BOEING 737-700 B737-737-BOEING 737 B738-738-BOEING 737-800 B739-739-BOEING 737-900 So for the 73G in the schedule you will get the B737 appearing and for the B73H you get the B738 appearing If you carry out your own research in the manifest texturepack files you can get the answers to most of your questions

@Sky KingIf you look at my excel file in the posting subject "Tower 3D Pro - Real Colors/Aircraft Master List by Airport" at the top of the page listings, the first worksheet gives you the manifest listing numbers and associated airports in the order released.
-
Hi Sky King, Think I know what you mean. Yes, you can buy a RC pack independently from the associated airport and it will work ok to update liveries in older/other airports you own if applicable. The game loads RC in the manifest order updating earlier RC liveries, where appropriate, as it loads
-
@blacklabelbraai Thanks Peter. At least something positive from my original post and thanks for thinking the format through. Let's hope people follow your posting instructions! 😉
-
Ok thanks Ariel for the response. 👍 Shame it can't be done that way but agree. It could get very messy! Apologies @ATC AlaskaGuy, hadn't realised you had already reported the issue you had found direct to FT.
-
Gabor should be fixing the RT for this when the next version comes out with the next airport shortly
-
and this is not likely to be fixed in any future SP for OMDB if posted in a KDFW thread @ATC AlaskaGuy @FeelThere Ariel- Ariel, can I make a suggestion that a sticky is created called something along the lines of "Tower3D! - Airport Bugs and Errors" where people can create a Airport thread and then add comments to if when issues/bugs are spotted so that the developers have this in one place IF they decide to then act on these for a future SP. Maybe with a set/specific reporting format for posting such as describing the type of error, possible fixes required and a picture(s) to highlight the concern? If multiple errors spotted, create one posting per thread. Just a suggestion

Hi Charles, Don't think so. This one was looked at quite a bit in development of the airport, looking at YT videos, google earth maps, FR maps and Internet research. Wasn't helped as there was/is construction work going on, which included demolishing part of Terminal 1, rebuilding what was there and trying to future proof the terminal for work to expand it to become more "international". Terminal 1 only has 9 gates now and the building's east of the end point have been demolished and the area is now storage for vehicles and some hard stand areas for storage of aircraft. Southwest currently uses Gates A5-A9. On April 1, 2020, the airport will activate Gates A1-A4, which will see Allegiant Air, Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines moving to Terminal 1 to use these gates due to lack of room for immediate expansion in Terminal 2. Two of the new gates will have traditional jetbridges, while the other two will be modified to allow passengers to board the aircraft via rolling stairs or ramps at the request of Frontier to allow quicker turnaround times" The developers agreed to split Terminal 1 into 4 distinct areas of 1A to 1D which is matched in the krdu_terminal file: Terminal_1A: AAY,FFT,NKS (2 gates) Terminal_1B: AAY,FFT,NKS (4 gates: Gates 1-4 in text) Terminal_1C: SWA (5 gates: Gates 5-9 in text) Terminal_1D: SWA (4 gates - hard stand and yes it does look like they are parked in a field!) In reality, as it is today, only 1C is actually used, by SW, but the file was future proofed to some extent (for 2020) by adding 1B with AAY, FFT and NKS. 1A and 1D should really be left blank but (not used as overspill for 1B and 1C respectively) it helps to stop aircraft not spooling etc if the published RT full day schedule is used. IF you are pedantic like me, I try to operate as accurately as possible and run this with only 1C (SW) at present , adding AAY, FFT and NKS into Terminal_2D and use @battlehawk77custom snippet schedules and it runs fine but each unto their own. Hopefully this answers your question but as I am 3,811 miles from KRDU Tower as the crow flies and have researched this via the wonderful world of the internet I may have some things completely wrong 😉 Gary

Not sure if you are making a statement here, making an observation or asking a question as difficult to breakdown/understand what you have typed. From the copy of the RC I have for LFPG there is no _zf file in there nor do any flights appear in the published schedule, which may explain why whatever you tried to add came in as a white plane. Although as you say it does appear in the airlines_lfpg file, albeit incorrectly as duplicated for Athens Air and Azur Air Ukraine which as I have stated is not correct, this does not mean that a RC color is in fact in that manifest file. IF, as I suspect, you are indeed asking does the B77W_zf appear with a livery at OMDB, I am reliably informed that it does indeed appear with a Azur Air Russia livery 👍- 398 replies

Tower 3D Pro - Real Colors/Aircraft Master List by Airport
Pedantic G replied to Pedantic G's topic in ATC Simulators
Revision to the latest version posted (Vers 13a) Have changed the way airlines that have now ceased operations are reported and IATA codes reused. This should stop issues like the Athens Air/Azul Air Russia issue kindly spotted by @ashman99for me in the OMDB update!😥 (Thanks Ashton 😁) @nyergesdesignplease note for future RT releases and airline files that the line KTK, ZF, AZUR AIR, Azur Air, Ukraine should be KTK, ZF, AZUR AIR, Azur Air, Russia. The Ukraine airline (not currently used in the TD3 game) is UTN, QU, UT-UKRAINE, Azur Air, Ukraine Gary- 398 replies

Tower 3D Pro - Real Colors/Aircraft Master List by Airport
Pedantic G replied to Pedantic G's topic in ATC Simulators
Will investigate but there are 2 ZF's in the airlines file. ATW, ZF, ATHENS AIR, Athens Airways, Greece KTK, ZF, AZUR AIR, Azur Air, Ukraine Athens Air went out of business in 2010 and should be removed from the airlines file now and the name changed for Azur Air Ukraine to Azul Air, Russia (and they do fly 777's) as Azul Air Ukraine is UTN, QU, UT-UKRAINE, Azur Air, Ukraine Will investigate more and update once finalised- 398 replies
