Could you please try to see if it happens without Real Traffic and Real Color? Let's find out if it is coming from Tower!3D, KJFK, RT, RC or something else. Thank you Vic

We are not planning to add it back; based on so many feedback although it is used in real life it shouldn't based on the rules.

For the CTD please send us the log right after it happens. For the voices please make sure you have more than one voice pack installed. Vic

As far as we know RT and RC got a new installer which let you select the correct Tower version.

Please post a screenshot of the gate as well as your log file.

Andrew, I didn't suggest reinstall, all I wanted to say that at one point support runs of ideas because it is caused by something that it totally out of their reach. I wrote it after I checked your log and there is no indication of this problem. I would be very surprised if it would not caused by something minor issue that once is find it will all make sense. However I would hate to leave you on your own, please check a few things that you can and get back to me. We will think about it in the meantime too and if we come up with some ideas I will post it here too. Vic

It's something we want to add, but it is much more complex task than just slamming a brighter light onto the plane. This is something we are planning for the next Tower version.

A long time ago my mouse pointer always jumped back to the middle of my screen once I let it go. It drove me crazy so I called MS for support. They asked me for many things and once they ran out of ideas they told me I must re-install Windows. It was more than 10 years ago so without cloud, advanced backup it seemed like a few days of work. In frustration I slammed my hand on my table then the pointer suddenly moved. I realized the problem was under a pile of paperwork my stylus pen moved over my drawing pad and it overrode my mouse. I simply moved it and the problem was gone. As you can imagine even MS did an awesome job trying to fix it; it was (for them) and impossible task without checking my computer and my work desk. Vic

There is no possibility to paint an airplane. There is a zoom function please read the manual.

I'm the embarrassment of this forum, not worthy to reply.... Please accept my sincere apology and let me give you an update; KLAS is in it's second round of it's beta and expected to be released later of this month or perhaps early September. KBOS is in the pipeline we are preparing it for beta in September. Gabor is working on RT and RC for KLAS as well as on KPHX. Unofficially I expect it to be out in October. The plan from September is a release a month. I really hope that among the 3 companies we can keep it. Vic
