  1. I'm getting the 72% loading error now - user error on my end. Don't think this is the issue - that's the way it is with Real Traffic.
  2. Well, I didn't download the original and only have the latest - even though it is version 1.0. Again, it works fine for me so I think the issue is somehow specific to you are your system/setup. If it was a schedule issue, we'd all have the same problem.
  3. I looked at your log and there are some exception errors when trying to load up the airplanes. I can't recreate your issue. I did notice your graphics card is rather weak. I'm grasping at straws, but the only two things I can think of to try is (1) changing all your graphics settings to Low or (2) reinstall EDDM.
  4. What are your weather settings? Stormy/foggy can (not always) cause the loading to freeze at 72%. Normally turning reflections off, fixes this issue.
  5. You've been on the forum since the beginning of the year. Is this a new problem or have you struggled with this the entire time?
  6. I believe FeelThere mentioned under normal circumstances they assign the runway based on parking assignments (the runway closer to the plane's gate). However, under busier times I think it become a little more more random based on separation. I have seen that issuing the ENTER FINAL RUNWAY command on on arrival before the following arrival appears on the DBRITE can definitely delay when the the following arrival spawns. And with the sim's focus on separation, I wouldn't be surprised if it impacts the following arrival's runway either.
  7. I did a little searching and couldn't find a post for this specific gate, but gate issues are not uncommon. I'm sure that is what Joe was so "politely" referring to. An SP for KATL is long overdue, so if/when it is worked on I'm sure they'll include this in the items to be fixed. Thanks for the post.
  8. If you move those two files to your Texurepacks folder you'll be up and running.
  9. The correct order is: TIST, KPHL, KLAX, KJFK, KSAN, KLAS, KATL, KBOS, KLGA, KPHX, KSFO, EDDM, KMCO.
  10. Like wine, Tower!3D Pro improves with age. 🙂🍷
  11. You are under the right impression, but the A332 for AAL does not appear in the schedule for KBOS and therefore it is not in the RC for KBOS. If you want the AAL A332 to have color at KPHL you'll need to buy one of the following RC packages: EDDM, KMCO, KPHL, KPHX, or KSFO. FYI - KBOS includes AAL liveries for the following planes: A319, A320, A321, B738, B752, E190. Craig PS - How's Ethel?
  12. Agreed with the support statement and permission is granted
  13. There's very little real estate on the first page of the forum for new/recent topics due to all the pinned topics. Do you think we could unpin the Schedule Creator related topics since the data used is obsolete and the programs are no longer supported? The topics I am recommending to unpin are as follows: https://forum.simflight.com/topic/76191-tower-schedule-creator-24-v1-released-includes-cyyz/ https://forum.simflight.com/topic/76195-tracon-schedule-creator-tracon-11-rfn-released/ https://forum.simflight.com/topic/76245-tracon-arrival-departure-frequency-charts-for-all-sectors-through-dxb/ https://forum.simflight.com/topic/76244-tower-2011-arrival-departure-frequency-charts-for-25-airports/ Thanks! PS - I definitely appreciate the effort Dick Parker put into these tools. They came in handy back in their day.
  14. No one can see your white airplanes but you. Probably going to have to wait for it to call in or figure it out from the schedule.
  15. Ben, I haven't had time to play the schedule, but I did take a look at it and would like to offer some personal preferences. When using flight schedules as a data source (FlightAware for example), most scheduled times are rounded to the 5's (:00, :05, :10, :15, etc). This is evident in your schedule. It's not a big deal, but this basically will cause your schedule to have many peaks and valleys, delayed flights, and may not flow at all like you planned. Using 09:00 as an example, there are 6 departures scheduled. The sim won't issue two pushbacks at the same time. What will actually happen is there will be a pushback request at 09:00:00, 09:00:15, 09:00:30, 09:00:45, 09:01:00, and 09:01:15. You'll then have a gap until the next wave at 9:05. This doesn't seem quite realistic to me so I like to control the flow a little more and space out the departure times. For arrivals there is a similar issue. The sim will not process two arrivals at the same time - even with multiple runways. The sim enforces 5nm separation which is roughly 90 seconds from a scheduling perspective. With multiple arrival runways I believe the max the sim can handle is 60 arrivals in an hour. So at a minimum I will space arrivals out by 1 minute and sometimes 2 minutes if/when possible. Obviously if you have more than 30 arrivals you'll need to be creative and if you have over 60 arrivals in an hour, there's only so much you do and you can expect flights to be delayed. Again using 9:00 as an example there are 5 arrivals scheduled. It's really anyone's guess when those 5 arrivals will spawn and in what order. I hope this makes sense. Again, this is just a personal preference from a "control freak" wanting the schedule to act somewhat like I built it. Feel free to PM me or come chat on Tower_MP if you have questions. Craig
  16. I know you are all about realism, so for a more realistic experience I would suggest using 26R for departures and having arrivals land on 26L - they'll take the A6 exit all day long there.
  17. I already stated that this is a KLAS installation issue (which you basically repeated above) in this thread - twice. I can't help it if people choose to ignore me. The issue @nrholland is seeing is exactly what I reported back in December (https://forum.simflight.com/topic/84609-tower3d-pro-klas-terminal_e-issues/) and one of the reasons SP3 for KLAS was released. @Peabody all that line in the log file indicates is that @nrholland does have the latest version of RT. And to help educate, the sim will run fine and ignore an extra terminal entry (see a log extract below from a session I just ran), but it will freeze if a needed terminal entry is missing. Add terminal: Terminal_Cargo - AMF,FDX,UPS (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 42) Add terminal: Terminal_Janet - WWW (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 42) Add terminal: Terminal_Peabody - PPP (Filename: C:/buildslave/unity/build/artifacts/generated/common/runtime/UnityEngineDebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 42)
  18. @FeelThere ArielThis is not a RT issue. @nrholland is still running the old version of KLAS. He may have installed the new version but it probably didn't get installed in the correct location (because the installer points to Tower!3D instead of Tower!3D Pro). @nrholland, can you share the contents of your ...\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro\Extensions\Airfields\KLAS folder?
  19. Contact BMT Micro to get your password reset. Downloading the latest version (sp6v8b) will get you what you need.
  20. Yep, moved to the area about 10 years ago and this is what got me hooked into aviation. It first started with - I wonder where those planes are coming from? So, I stumbled across the amazing FlightAware and FlightRadar24. The first step into making this a hobby was buying camera equipment and plane-spotting at Founders Plaza at DFW airport (which I highly recommend) where they broadcast air traffic control communication between the tower and pilots. This naturally led me onto the awesome LiveATC which eventually morphed into an interest in commercial airplane travel logistics. So, onto the next step. I was "slightly" over 30 so that meant a career change was out of the question, as a result I did the next best thing. This is when I bought Tower!2011 (25 total airports) and later Tracon!2012 (7 total sectors including 1 self-created). I stubbornly did not make the Tower!3D plunge until the release of Pro ... had to have voice. It was tough to wait, but I'm glad I did. In the quest for more realism I became interested in multiplayer, so I selfishly created the Tower_MP Discord server to hopefully make this happen. Little did I know that this would become a vehicle to play the sim with people all over the world. Mind blown! And now we are on the brink of the next version of Tower ... a version that will take the franchise to the next level. I'm at my station, with headset on, and ready for my shift. Let's do this @FeelThere! 🙂
  21. I think this is a case where KLAS didn't get updated correctly. Make sure when you install the SP version that you change the default installation folder to your Tower!3D Pro folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro.
  22. Included are a couple of aircraft photos on approach to KDFW. The main reason I post these is to remember to ask for more realistic finals and hand-offs in the next Tower version. This is QFA7 turning from its right base leg to final. At this point, the A388 is about 12 miles out and under the control of the final approach controller. The hand-off to the tower controller occurs typically around 7 to 5 miles out. In Tower!3D Pro, the final leg is at least 20+nm with the hand-off to tower occurring 20nm out. BAW193's approach was more straight in because it arrived from the east and it had been approved for a landing on the west side. However, again at about 12 miles the B744 was still under control of the final approach controller with the hand-off to tower occurring about 7 miles out.
  23. Terminal E definitely works. Post your log file after your next session and we'll be able to explain what your problem is. Also, waiting 9 minutes may not be enough. Because of various separation rules planes don't always arrive at the scheduled time (especially when using a full schedule at 100%).
  24. And what does this have to do with KMCO?
  25. I'd suggest tapping the breaks on the "wrong" talk. At the time the Real Traffic schedule was made (and any custom schedules for that matter) the flight numbers and equipment type are correct. However, it makes sense that over time flight numbers and equipment will change due to various reasons including seasonality. Also, you're more than likely to see new liveries because of the introduction of new airports rather than because of updates to exiting airports. With the airports that have been mentioned recently, you may be waiting a little while for your Alaska Max-8 livery.
