  1. You've done the right thing - working with BMT is your only option. For me, I got a response in 10 minutes. I can't promise you that but by all accounts they are very responsive.
  2. Vic and @nyergesdesign - there is not an issue with Real Traffic for Tracon!2012 The issue was on Wayne's side in getting Real Traffic into the databases folder. He ended up having a mix of default files and RT files, which obviously won't work. Once he got everything copied into place, it began working fine. RT is fully compatible with Tracon!2012 SE.
  3. This is your issue - a 9 instead of a comma: LAX, FRA, 388, LH, 457, 12:00, 15:589 1, LH
  4. Elevation is feet. I have no info on Simulated Design - never bought those sectors. I'd kinda be surprised is they'd be up to changing anything after all these years. You may be better off making the fixes yourself using the Airspace Editor.
  5. Steam users: For clarity to others that may be following this or run into this issue - RT and RC initially displays the standard/default location for Steam (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ ...). If you installed Steam elsewhere then you will need to point the installer to your correct location.
  6. Odds are you didn't install it in the correct location. There's a lot of the discussion on the forum where people do this.
  7. Please provide specifics. No one can begin to start and figure out your issue without more details. Also, please share a screenshot of your Texturepacks folder.
  8. Real Traffic is not FeelThere's product and it works for me and @VenturaGuy101, so I'm inclined to thing it is user specific issue somehow. Let's take this to private message and I'll try to help you there. No reason to flood this thread with back and forth debugging.
  9. No profile button, but it is still keeping track of my time played and points.
  10. RT worked for me with/without the sidstar file.
  11. I was able to get Real Traffic to work in both (tested LAX). Did you copy all five (six if you include sidstar_cfg.txt) of the real traffic files into the databases folder? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your folder?
  12. Your "old airliners" are there - you're running the wrong airport. Keep in mind that real traffic schedules are based on just that - real traffic. If I'm not mistaken, the only foreign carrier at KPHL is Lufthansa. Not sure where you got it from, but KLAX has plenty of foreign liveries. For KLAX, there is a KLM arrival at 11:34 and departure at 13:58. For SIA there are arrivals at 12:48 & 21:53 (2) and departures at 01:07, 01:08, & 16:12. Unfortunately, @nyergesdesign left SIA out of the terminal file. So, to see these flights you'll need to update klax_terminal.txt in your Extensions\Airfields\KLAX folder and add SIA to Terminal_TBIT. If you learn the format of the schedule file you can look for other carriers and aircraft types of interest and then start your session at the appropriate time.
  13. I agree that group form is most common and I definitely prefer it. In fact, that was one one thing I liked about that other sim you mention. But, unfortunately, there were (and are) too many bugs for my liking and I gave it up in May 2016. I guess one could argue that with 2011 and 3D, FT has decided to use single digits for clarity - which is certainly allowable based on FAA rules despite some of the earlier discussion. From JO 7110.65, 2-4-20 AIRCRAFT IDENTIFICATION 2. Air carrier and other civil aircraft having FAA authorized call signs. State the call sign followed by the flight number in group form. NOTE− “Group form” is the pronunciation of a series of numbers as the whole number, or pairs of numbers they represent rather than pronouncing each separate digit. The use of group form may, however, be negated by four-digit identifiers or the placement of zeros in the identifier. EXAMPLE− “American Fifty−Two.” “Delta One Hundred.” “Eastern Metro One Ten.” “General Motors Thirty Fifteen.” “United One Zero One.” “Delta Zero One Zero.” “TWA Ten Zero Four.” NOTE− Air carrier and other civil aircraft having FAA authorized call signs may be pronounced using single digits if necessary for clarity. EXAMPLE− “United Five One Seven.” “United Five Seven Zero.”
  14. Your screenshot is showing that your Airplanes folder has no files in it (only the Texturepacks sub-folder) which indicates your Real Traffic was not installed correctly. The files airplanes_pack1 and airplanes_pack1.manifest need to be moved to your Airplanes folder.
  15. I'd recommend buying Tower products from feelthere.com - it just so happens they are having a Valentine's sale and KJFK is only $11.99 USD (regularly $19.99). Plus the support is better and when updates are released they are posted faster than on third part sites. I can't speak to their refund policy. I can say that KJFK definitely works. Something is going on with your install - possibly your antivirus.
  16. Just to be sure since there are multiple products, what specific real traffic or you talking about? Where did you install it? What is the name of the schedule file and what is the file size? KSAN should have 227 departures and 227 arrivals. I believe traffic is also dependent on your sidstar_cgf.txt file. Do you have KSAN DPs and STARs in there?
  17. To HEAR real airline callsigns and to SEE real aircraft all you need is Real Traffic. Odds are it didn't get installed correctly. A correct install would create an Extensions folder and subfolders underneath your Pro root folder. To SEE real airline liveries you would need to get one or more Real Color add-ons (they have them for each airport, but it is not necessary to get them all). Without at least one Real Color add-on all your planes will be white.
  18. Vic was replying to a different issue - ADIRS highlighting using a second monitor. The red lights are an "airport issue" which belongs to Nyerges.
  19. Actually let me try to clear things up with a little history lesson. At one point when you downloaded the KJFK airport the file downloaded was KJFK_T3D_Installer.zip Inside the zip file was a separate installer for each version of tower, KJFK_for_Tower3D_3.0.exe and KJFK_for_Tower3D_Pro_SP1.exe. If you download KJFK airport now, the file you get is KJFK_for_Tower3D_Pro_SP1.exe (the same as above). @tim86you may want to try getting your hands on this installer and see if it works for you.
  20. If you have a zip utility, you can zip the log file and it will create a much smaller file. I recreated your session and my log file was over 5 MB. My zip file was only 74 KB.
  21. No, the output log is produced by the sim. If you ever have an issue you want to report, FeelThere asks that provide your output_log.txt file and a screenshot (if applicable). Without a log or screenshot, they will more than likely rightfully ignore your post.
  22. I think you misunderstood, nothing has changed yet. FeelThere was just showing you that the issue has already been reported and is being worked on. If the sim is slower, then it is because of some other issue on your computer.
  23. The tower height is the same for everyone. You probably saw a shot where the user was in camera zoom mode.
