  1. This same topic was on Steam and FeelThere provided the following response: "You can download many free voicepacks and by selecting random in the setup screen you can get many pilot voices for different planes. There was a discussion of compatible free packs on our forum, please feel free to visit and search it". If there is a topic on the forum that says how to install/use additional voices, I haven't been able to find it. Craig
  2. The latest install file for Real Traffic is RT_Tower3D_PRO_sp3.exe. The version you purchased in March is more than likely SP2. You should be able to use your original link and download the latest version (SP3). FYI - looking at the properties for the SP3 file it still shows it to be version 2.0.0.39 which is not correct. It appears the KSAN airport add-on is installed correctly. Texpack1, 2, 3 are for TIST, KPHL, and KLAX. If RC for KSAN installed correctly you should see a couple of Texpack5 files for KSAN. So, I'd recommend an uninstall/reinstall of RC for KSAN. The installation program has the regular Tower 3D folder in the default installation path. This needs to be changed to Tower!3D Pro. Unfortunately, with two versions of 3D installation has become painful especially for Pro users. To summarize, update RT and uninstall/install RC for KSAN paying close attention to the install folders in both cases. Good luck!
  3. I'm assuming you have the pro version. Seems like an install issue of some form or fashion. Do you have the latest version of Real Traffic? What do you see in your C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro\Extensions\Airfields folder? Is there a KSAN folder? What is in the KSAN folder? What do you see in your C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro\Extensions\Airplanes folder? Is there a Texturepacks folder? What do you see in the Texturepacks folder? Craig
  4. Good point ... hopefully one can figure out the delay after watching for a short time. That's why I prefer the webcam instead of just following along with FlightRadar24 or FlightAware. Also, from an eyeball perspective it seems like the initial climb rate might be a little higher in real life than in Pro.
  5. If you want to see/hear how it is done in real life, I'd recommend checking out the LAX Webcam (Cam 2 is best to view when the departure hand off takes place) in conjunction with LiveATC.net (KLAX Tower - South). I find these sites to be very entertaining and educational. Craig
  6. Check out this thread:
  7. EVE, WOW, and MEO are not included in the airlines file - the others you listed are. WOW started flying in/out of LAX in the summer of 2016. Unfortunately, it's not in Real Traffic and definitely is not in Schedule Creator since it based on much older flight data. RPA (Republic Airlines) partners with American, United, and Delta. In Real Color, RPA has an American livery. It's up to you where you want to put them. Along those same lines, Compass (CPZ) partners with Delta and American. In Real Color that have a Delta livery but I would say out of LAX they fly more American flights than Delta. I would assign them to the American or Delta terminal instead of Terminal_8 which is United.
  8. There are no issues when the airline code has no flights. Sadly, it doesn't look like much effort was put into cleaning up the Tower!2011 information that was used as the template for the terminal and airlines files. Hopefully, at some point, the developers will allow us to get more granular and assign airlines to specific gates. You can only get so "real" at the terminal level.
  9. I believe the recommended order is the airport add-on first, then the RTupdate, and finally install the RC add-on. For the airport and RT add-on, it needs to be installed in the root folder. Mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro. For RC, it is looking for the texture packs folder under the root. Mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro\Extensions\Airplanes\Texturepacks. In all cases, when running the install program it will come up with a default installation location. You can click the square to the right with 3 dots to find and change it to the correct location on your system. Sadly, this is so much harder than it needs to be.Good luck! Craig
  10. Did you see this post? This might help figure out where your problem resides. Thanks, Craig
  11. Bill, I was curious. Were you ever able to get KATL up and running with RT/RC?
  12. Yes, as Andrew said disabling the sticky keys is a must. Outside of that I've experienced two issues when issuing voice commands: (1) window focus and (2) app performance. 1) Window focus doesn't appear to be your problem, but for best results in a multi-monitored setup you should make sure the main 3D window has focus prior to issuing a voice command. 2) App performance can be an issue - at least that's what I have noticed on my system (which easily exceeds minimum requirements). For me, 3D Pro is definitely a GPU hog and on occasion it can be a CPU/Memory hog. When performance seems to be struggling I find that I need to wait at least two seconds after pressing the Left Shift key before speaking the voice command. If I speak too soon it will either not recognize any of the speech or misinterpret the command. Again, this doesn't happen every session but when it does it seems to be 30-60 minutes into a session and when the app/my system is bogging down. Craig
  13. I follow the forum pretty closely and I've never seen anyone with this issue. So, as Sky King mentioned, it would probably be best to share your system info, install programs, etc. Unfortunately, you won't be able to get a refund from simMarket. If/when you get 3D Pro working and you want to get some add-ons, I'd recommend using the FeelThere site (cheaper and occasional sales). Craig
  14. They should - just make very sure to run the right installer and pay close attention to the installation directory. The default directory used by the install program is more than likely incorrect.
  15. +1 And it's usually cheaper on the FeelThere site and they have occasional sales that you will not see on the other sites.
  16. Actually, what you may need to do is download and install the latest version of Tower!3D - SP3 came out a couple of weeks ago. That more than likely is your issue.
  17. Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like your installer is the issue. Below is from the read_me_first.txt file included in KSAN_Installer_Tower3D.zip. Please use KSAN_for_Tower3D_SP1 for the non Pro version and KSAN_for_Tower3DPro_SP2 for the Pro version. Craig
  18. That means Terminal_F is definitely defined. But, there is obviously some issue in the airport setup on FeelThere's end that is causing an issue. If you've given yourself full authority on all the folders and run the bat as admin I'm not sure what else you can do as far as getting a log file created.. Craig
  19. Looking at the XML I don't really see anything that differentiates gate sizes other than maybe the width of the gate/taxiway - but that always seems to be set to 10 feet. In this case, I don't think size matters. Did you try sending a smaller plane to Terminal F? What does the log file show for flights that should be going to Terminal F? You should be seeing some error messages. Craig
  20. Andrew, Have you tried modifying the terminal file and changing Terminal_F to Terminal_F_N and Terminal_F_S? Not sure why Terminal F would be defined this way but you never know. Just an FYI, a version (i'm sure a development version and not a final version) of KATL is contained within the resource.assets file. Terminal_F is not defined at all. So, I don't know if this a bug or "creative license" (similar to excluding the main cargo area at LAX). Craig
  21. +1 on what Andrew posted. You'll need to adjust your parameters if you want something that resembles a realistic schedule with SC. If you entered a start/end time for a 24 hour schedule then SC will create a fairly balanced hour-by-hour schedule. If you enter a local starting time of 6, for example, you'll see much different results. But as Andrew said, Atlanta never shuts down so having no flights from 00:00-06:00 is not realistic. Personally, assuming SC and RT are the only options, I'd stick with RT for a more realistic schedule. Did I just say that?!? :) I would assume the flight data used by SC is older (probably no more recent than 2015 for KATL) plus it shows only 1213 unique flights at KATL. I would hope the RT flight data is newer (the schedule file date is 10/9/2016) and it has 2435 unique flights (even with no arrivals for 20:00). Craig
  22. I've provided a link to Vic's last post regarding ATCC. Nothing in that post tells me there were definite plans to move forward on ATCC. The fall announcement was the big teaser story. But, it doesn't hurt to ask - we'll see what Vic has to say. http://forum.simflight.com/topic/83119-runway-crossing-instructions/#comment-501470
  23. Was looking at the RT KATL schedule and noticed there are no arrivals for hour 20. I guess this is a Nyerges issue, but needs to be fixed nonetheless. Thanks! Craig PS - The attached PDF has an hour by hour breakdown by departures and arrivals. katl_schedule.pdf
  24. You need to install or re-install the latest version (SP3) of RT. I don't have KATL but I do have RT SP3 and those files are there in the KATL folder.
  25. The menu screen is for arrival runway selection only. So, yes, by deselecting 25R all arrivals will initially be sent to 25L. You can obviously send them elsewhere with an ENTER FINAL RUNWAY command. You determine where departures are sent, you can send a plane to any of the runways. There is no active runway setting.
