If you are looking for realism then you should consider removing the command you reference in #2 from your repertoire, at least according to the FAA. Here's an excerpt from FAA's Air Traffic Organization Policy (JO 7110.65W) : 3−9−4. LINE UP AND WAIT (LUAW) a. The intent of LUAW is to position aircraft for an imminent departure. Authorize an aircraft to line up and wait, except as restricted in subpara g, when takeoff clearances cannot be issued because of traffic. Issue traffic information to any aircraft so authorized. Traffic information may be omitted when the traffic is another aircraft which has landed on or is taking off the runway and is clearly visible to the holding aircraft. Do not use conditional phrases such as “behind landing traffic” or “after the departing aircraft.”

Nope - no modifying of RT files. What we have here is the difference between old and new real traffic versions of the airlines.txt file. OLD - BLC, JJ, TAM MERIDIONAL, TAM Linhas Aereas, Brazil NEW - TAM, JJ, TAM, TAM Linhas Aereas, Brazil Joe correctly interpreted BLC as BELLESAVIA, but using the old RT version it would have been spoken as TAM MERIDIONAL. I'd definitely recommend upgrading to the current version of RT (Nyerges did some cleanup work). All great observations and asks that have been brought up before (except maybe #2). Based on previous FeelThere responses, I don't envision seeing any of these in a SP, but we can hold out hope. More than likely though, as CL30 mentioned, we'll probably have to wait for next version of Tower. Regarding #2, you can modify tower3d.rec with a text editor (notepad) and add the following command to the file (obviously make a backup of the original just in case) #airplane1; RUNWAY ;#runway1; CLEARED TO LAND WIND IS ;#number1; AT ;#number2; KNOTS I tried several variations tying to match the correct phraseology below but the version above is all that I could get to work. This is not the case. The speech.log file gets created/updated regardless of how you start Tower. Mine was approaching 1 GB and I very seldom use the BAT file. I deleted the file and started the sim via the EXE and the speech.log file is there - 113KB after issuing one command.

I continued listening and they eventually changed to 9 departures. Seemed to make the controller's life much easier.

Listening to KSAN tower this morning and they are running 9 arrivals and 27 departures (due to visibility I think - the arrivals were "breaking out at minimums"). Just had a wave of 27 departures go out, now it's time for the wave of 9 arrivals (most appear to exiting at B4 with a few needing to exit at C3), and then it looks like it will be departure time again (referenced as a "conga line" by tower). Actually what was supposed to be the last arrival (AAL1763) just had to do a go around - never saw the runway. Interesting stuff! I'll definitely be trying this next KSAN session.

An intelligent installer from Nyerges Design would be nice, as would a presence on the support forums. Ah, but what do I know. You'd think I believe in unicorns and fairies by the way I'm talking. :)

Do you see the following folder? C:\Program Files (x86)\FeelThere\Tower!3D Pro\Extensions\Airplanes\Texturepacks. This folder is where Real Color needs to be installed. If Real Color installed corrected you would see this folder and several airplane_texpack files. Craig

But as soon as you click on a plane or speak a command, no matter what camera mode you are in, the camera will turn and point to that plane. The ask is for a static camera view that will not move. This, unfortunately, is not currently an option.

According to the Steam discussions board ATL was released on May 25.
