  1. #1 - We're only talking two developers here - FeelThere and Nyerges Design. So, this wouldn't have taken much coordination and effort. #2 - Installation was a problem on day 1. This easily could have been addressed at any time. Especially since they chose to continue to produce DLC's. "Working" on the new version is a lame excuse. #3 - At least Nyerges Design recognized this was an issue and improved their installation program, although it could still use tweaking. #4 - Intelligent installers, error handling, etc. were all around way before T!3DP was released. Simple basic software standards which FeelThere chose not to include. Hopefully they will take all things to the next level in their ventures - P3D, MSFS, and the next version of Tower.
  2. That column is the flight duration which is not used, so it really doesn’t matter what you put in there (as long as it is numeric I assume).
  3. Per Microsoft: An IndexOutOfRangeException exception is thrown when an invalid index is used to access a member of an array or a collection, or to read or write from a particular location in a buffer. This exception inherits from the Exception class but adds no unique members. Typically, an IndexOutOfRangeException exception is thrown as a result of developer error. Instead of handling the exception, you should diagnose the cause of the error and correct your code. In other words, the devs should have handled this error by possibly displaying an error message (in this case maybe something like "Invalid departure date/time") instead of just locking up the game.
  4. The loading stopped at 54% because of another bad schedule entry: RNO,LAX,E75,OO,5844,17:16,12:0,1,OO <-- 12:0 needs to be corrected to 12:00 As Eligrim suggested you probably want to review your schedule for additional errors. Invalid airports like LAZ won't keep the schedule from loading, but the game will drop those flights. Invalid airplane types like 75L will cause the game loading to freeze.
  5. @dibartcjYou have multiple formatting errors as follows: DEN,LAX,738,DL,1586,14:25:12:00,1,DL <-- colon instead of a comma between the arrival and departure time LAS,LAX,E75,QX2573,19:33,12:00,1,QX <-- no comma between the airline IATA code and flight number LAX,SYD,789,UA,2821,12:00M23:35,1,UA <-- the letter M instead of a comma between the arrival and departure time Assuming your Real Traffic is fairly current, using 20N and 21N shouldn't be a problem. If you still are having loading issues, posting a log file will help pinpoint the problem.
  6. @GoalieMedic “No free terminal” indicates there are no gates available for those arrivals. Assuming your terminal assignments are realistic and you want them to remain realistic, the only way to combat this issue is to create and play with schedule snippets - chunks of 1 to 3 hour blocks from your original schedule. Unfortunately FT chose to load 8-10 hours of flights to appeal to hardcore all night gamers. As a result, by loading that many flights the gates for airports with any traffic at all are fully loaded at startup. This causes arrivals to wait in a virtual hold pattern until gates open up.
  7. Having full admin rights and running as administrator are two different things.

That's not true at all. At least half the posts are you blogging ... starting with the very first post in the thread. What is FeelThere supposed to fix here? Looks like the issue is self-inflicted to me. I think you're taking "all issues and problems" a little too far. And two final points regarding your "bug reports": Have you ever seen the phrase "no log no bug"? So, if you follow the letter of the law this whole thread has no bug reports. If you want your blog to be recognized by FeelThere as bugs, you need to limit your commentary and include the necessary supporting information A lot of your commentary is dealing with the game engine which we all know in longer supported. Good luck!
  9. @Ron CYour post above is one of the reasons I've always used FlightAware for my custom schedules. @EliGrim might be able to determine the appropriate regional carrier by looking at the Airline column and then change the flight number accordingly. One gets this data right out of the box when using FlightAware.

Do you always use support forums for your own personal blog?
  11. You need to send this request either in another thread or by DM to Nyerges Design. This thread (in spite of endless attempts to hijack) is only about the master list in which Pedantic G is the under appreciated keeper of - nothing more, nothing less.
  12. Are the screenshots from FeelThere's site accurate? I saw these same pictures when they were posted in the coming soon section and assumed these were from something that was a work in progress. The airport structures look real cartoony to me and the light blue concrete areas remind me of a blue print. And, of course, the area surrounding the airport is lacking. Maybe this explains the low price. Sure seems to be a questionable effort for, what appears to be in real life, a spectacular iconic terminal (i.e., "starfish").
  13. It would mean updating everything - Real Traffic, Real Colors, custom schedules, and especially your often mentioned but unseen Summer 2019 schedule etc. Why go through this effort for a 4 year old product no longer supported by the developer that is on it's last legs (if ZBAD is any indication)? Makes no sense logically or economically.
  14. But the bigger question is, what does Braf's post have to do with your spreadsheet? 🤷‍♂️
  15. Nope, I used the same link I’ve used for several years.
  16. Yep, v28 is available now. Just a typical coordinated release effort by the devs. 🤷‍♂️
  17. No - activating/testing Cortana is more to verify Voice Recognition is working. The most common fix for sound, as @scoobflight mentioned, is running the game as administrator.
  18. @Twan TrienekensThe people in the threads linked below had an issue similar to you. To resolve it, they turned off Wi-Fi. I'd suggest giving that a try.
  19. @Twan Trienekens has already uninstalled and installed in two locations with the same results. Why do it again?
  20. Personally, I’d ignore this advice because it is irrelevant. Have you tried turning off Wi-Fi before launching the game?
  21. For future reference, the output_log.txt is automatically recreated every session. So deleting it is unnecessary as is running the bat file. The tower bat file actually creates a game.log file.
  22. That's not true - many people play the Pro version using the keyboard (no voice) only. The whole purpose of the command panel is to send commands whether by voice or keyboard. From a non-voice perspective you can point and click a lot of the commands but there is nothing stopping you from manually entering commands either. To my knowledge there are no shortcuts anymore. However, I have seen people use macros in one form or another.
  23. I could be totally wrong here, but I have a suspicion that the issue could be due to your FlightAware account type. Tail numbers, which I see included in your data, are only available with an Enterprise account ($89.95 USD/month or free to those that provide ADS-B data). I would guess @EliGrim doesn't have this account type and is not expecting this extra column of data. As a result, your data format could possibly be throwing things off.
  24. @EliGrim- curious, although no personal data is captured why must one create an account for this tool?
